• Good parking lot.
• Indoor pool was cold and hot tub out of service.

“The hotel is in a great place. There were 3 people working behind the desk but only one worked the desk while myself and another person waited to be checked in. The dining area was closed coming in and also checking out. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was broken. The equipment room was in a enclosed /no window / no air / room.”

• Location to sights was excellent.
• Nothing.

“We found this hotel to be exactly what we wanted for a few days away. The location to attractions and the fine roads were exemplary. We definitely would go again.”

• Location and the wonderful breakfast!
• Chewing gum stuck to tables and areas in the room that needed to be cleaned.

“Would highly recommend to any and all if they would send me a letter stating that gum that was stuck to several areas in the room has been removed. I addressed this issue with the front desk and was hoping to have been sent a letter stating the problem has been resolved. My question is if you will leave gum in sight then what other things do not get cleaned properly? The staff member that assisted me in staying an extra night was awesome and breakfast was out of this world. Would stay again if cleaned properly.”

• Odor of tobacco smoke/smell on the first floor.

“Overall good stay. Very nice staff. Prefer hotels with continental breakfast.”

• The hotel was very spacious, convenient and comfortable.
• I believe the bathroom needed to be little more spacious and remodeled.

“Again, the hotel was in a great location. Very close to local areas and easy to find. The presentation in the lobby was excellent. We would have liked to have used the Jacuzzi but due to water control it was closed. Other then that we were pleased with the hotel.”

• Close to Boone. Great BBQ and ribs next door.
• Terrible beds and extra large hard pillows. Loud heat/ac.

“Would not recommend due to poor quality of beds and pillows. Limited cable TV with no premium channels. No wireless internet.”

• Parking was inconvenient.
