“Excellent condominium. Should be more like Marriott with a check of all amenities at the unit. Excellent view. No complaints of noise as in other posts, we went in late April. Temp of water 74 degrees.”

“The location was just what I needed. The breakfast was not very good. They could not get us any hot tea. Not a lot of variety. Had to sit on a couch to eat. Not easy to do with toddlers. I was traveling with my 2 year old and my 79 yr old dad. It was so far to the room I wasn't sure he would make it.”

“The room I stayed in was "well worn." Actually that description fits beginning with the hallway leading to the room. The theme of water stained and thread-bare carpet continued into the room. The room was clean and the bedding was adequate. But the room needed serious remodeling. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good. The atmosphere in the restaurant was not as pleasant.”

“This hotel tries hard. The bathrooms are tiny but immaculately clean, even if the rooms seemed a bit clammy, the ventilation/AC is LOUD and the hall carpet looks like it could use some refreshing (the room carpet was fine). BUT the fried food smell in the lobby (from the snack bar just off the front entrance) is VERY unpleasant. But everyone was nice, the food in the restaurant was fine, if not outstanding (scrambled eggs in buffet were tasteless and dry) and it's very convenient to the airport.”

“I loved the fact that shuttle service was provided 24 hours! Also the front desk was very helpful and accomodating. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the hotel was very clean and nicely decorated.”

“The location was great. 3 minutes from car rental. I didn't hear planes at all. Pool was great. Well kept, even though it was obviously an older hotel. The price was in line with the hotel. Oftentimes, a lower price means the hotel is scary and dirty. This one was clean, kept up, and had nice amenities. Just older. It was a good stay.”

“Staff was not friendly and could not find my reservation. When I found out that I was in the motel arm of the hotel, I asked for a room in the main building. They were discourteous and would not change my room for the price that I paid.”

“This property is way overdue for a refurbishment. Twice I have stayed here because of the location and the rates; but the overpowering mildew smell in the shower is disgusting. The rooms are well worn, in both the tower and the poolside wing. If it were not so convenient to the airport, I would never have stayed the second time. If a Clarion inspector had stayed in the rooms where I stayed, and the housekeeping was this poor, the property would probably loose its franchise.”

“The staff at this hotel is very unfriendly. They tried to put me in a room that was not what I played for. When confronted they were very not happy at all about and acted like I was bothering them I should have been happy to just have any room. I did not speak to any of their staff that really acted as if they knew how to do their job!”
