• Complimentary breakfast.
• Having to get out of bed to move my car.

“Staff called room at 10:00 pm getting me out of bed and demanding to move my car when it had been parked in the exact space. Also, air in room was stale and smelly. Got slightly better, but not good, on second day.”

• Friendly staff and convenient location.
• Very difficult parking underneath the hotel , no room.

“This hotel is a very nice place to stay, the staff is great, the rooms are clean, and the continental breakfast is really good, although
I wouldn't recommend driving a larger vehicle, if you drive to this location, because if you have to park under the hotel, space is very limited, and difficult to maneuver.”

• I liked the location to Progressive Field.
• Rooms looked old and the air conditioning unit was not very good.

“I played the National Anthem on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at Progressive Field in Cleveland, OH for the Cleveland Indians. The hotel was convenient for this purpose. The breakfast area was nice but we weren't very impressed with the offerings. I have stayed at other Comfort Inn hotels that offered a much better breakfast. Slept well. AC unit wasn't very good. Bathroom was old and small. Rooms looked old.”

• Conveniently located.
• Front desk clerk was on personal calls all three times I need help. Her responses were short and rude.

• It was very convenient to the attractions we wanted to see.
• It was difficult to get into and out of because of the one-way streets.

“We were generally very satisfied with the quality of the room and the hotel staff. It was conveniently located near the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Park, which made it unnecessary to drive our car around Downtown Cleveland.”

• Had everything I needed and was always helpful! Very convenient location; right next to a pizzeria!
• They didn't seem to know the area very well. They needed to look up local restaurants for us.

“Very awesome. Met my expectations and then some. Very friendly and personable staff. Clean and tidy. But vending machines aren't always working.”

• There are three restaurants next to the hotel, so eating is easy.
• Some of the rooms are directly above Subway - smells.

“The hotel is quite close to Downtown, and has three restaurants (sandwiches, pizza) attached. They offer a continental breakfast and free internet. However, there is a charge for parking, and some of the rooms are directly above Subway, so they smell like Subway sandwiches, and the staff acts like they have not noticed this before.”

“Parking was easy and only $7.50. The little breakfast area in the lobby was nice and handy. The room was small with a tiny bathroom. The view - well was better with the curtains closed.”

• Location, friendly staff, the manager, who was able to transform an unpleasant situation in a favorable one.
• The drain at the bathtub was clogged to start with, deficient bathroom bulb, no fridge in the room.

“Excellent location- the hotel provides shuttle services for the Cleveland Clinic -at no extra cost; the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the manager, who was able to transform an unpleasant situation into a favorable one, excellent breakfast, which was included in the price of the room, last, but not least- very attractive price.”

• Your hotel was free of noise and bad people.
• There was nothing we did not like.

• This was a great value! Staff were friendly, breakfast was great, room was very nice.
• You have to pay for parking.

“This hotel was a great value. Rooms were clean and nice, the hotel had a lot of small extras (for ex, called upstairs right away to check that everything was okay, provided free bottled water at check-in) that you don't expect at the price. It's also close enough to walk to restaurants, entertainment, etc.”

• Location was great. Right across street from conference. The lobby and breakfast were inviting. The room was more than adequate & the staff helpful.
• One of our party was on the parking lot side and said it was very noisy.

“Location in the Theater district and near different types of dining was great. The room was adequate with all the small amenities. I would definitely come back and the price was great.”
