“The Hilton Garden is a beautiful hotel within walking distance of many Cleveland attractions. It was perfect for our getaway weekend. We walked to the Cavs game and to nearby restaurants. It is right across the street from Progressive Field, home of the Cleveland Indians.”

“Quasi convenient location just on the outskirts of Downtown. Would be very convenient for Indians or Cavaliers games. Plenty of overnight parking available for a reasonable price. Room style was a bit dated and the bed was not comfortable at all (It sagged toward the middle) and I woke up with a sore back.”

“Nice hotel. The front desk was friendly and efficient. I dined in the restaurant, which was empty but for one other person. My entree was not thoroughly cooked, but the waitress was attentive and very nice (but then again, I was one of two people who were eating that night). The room was small but cozy, and the HVAC unit was noisy. So overall, a great value, excellent location, nice spot. Thanks!”

“We ended up staying in Cleveland during the big snow storm. Even though the hotel was short-staffed, the ones who were working did not show their frustration. If we could make carbon copies of staff in the Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown and put them all over the US, all travelers will be happy!”

“The hotel staff went over and above to provide exceptional service even while Cleveland was in the middle of a blizzard! The hotel provided complimentary food to stranded guests and even when short staffed went out of their way to provide an enjoyable stay. The parking lot was constantly maintained and assistance provided to help with snowed in cars. The location is ideal. Our room had a couple of cleanliness issues (lipstick on glass and empty beer cans under the bed) but the overall stay was excellent.”

“This hotel has good standard accommodations. It is clean overall and has some 'extra' amenities that are really nice including microwaves and minifridges in each room and a swimming pool. The location is less than ideal, as it is on the outside parameters of the Downtown area next to a shady gas station. It is right next to the ballpark, though, so would probably be good if you were going to a game. The staff was accommodating with an early check in and late check out as well. Overall, this is a good basic hotel, but not a luxury choice.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Cleveland Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel offers a lot of services that we appreciated. The staff was friendly. The rooms are comfortable. We encountered a couple of minor issues while there, but no big deal.”

“I really liked this hotel and would give it a 9 out of 10 rating. Very clean and the staff was outstanding. Everyone was professional yet friendly and warm. The only downfall was the fact that there was a $15.00 a day parking fee and it was not a covered area. Due to the fact that a blizzard had just came through, I had to dig my way out. Not good. With all that I would still recommend this hotel to my friends.”

“Friendly and helpful staff in a good location. Carpet a bit rundown but facilities were quite good. Would have been nice to know in advance that they charged an additional $15/day in order to park. This significantly increased daily rate and took it out of the bargain category.”
