• The bed slept excellently. The breakfast, make it yourself waffles, etc was good, and the hotel was clean.
• In our room, it looked as if a make shift job was done to fix something in the bathroom. Our room smelled a little like smoke.

“Overall this hotel was clean. Breakfast was great with the make your own waffles and other complimentary items. The beds slept excellently for the one night stay that we were there. On a golf course the view of the green is beautiful as you walk out in the A.M. My favorite part is the room entry.”

• Clean, economic.
• Far from some places.

“For the money we paid, the room was so clean, and big enough for my 2 teens my little daughter and my husband and me. The breakfast
was good (saving money), and the pool fantastic. Just the places we need to go like a Beach's, or downtown Naples was so far, you should have the car because is impossible get any transportation from there.”

• Perfect service. Check in & out was quick & everything needed was there.

“We only stayed for 1 night to get away from the world. This hotel was perfect for it. The staff was friendly and quick, the room had a TV, microwave, iron, refrigerator, coffee maker, good air conditioner, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, everything clean, nice view, bed and pillows were comfortable, etc. We had no complaints.”

• Had a great view of golf coarse.
• Dinner at the hotel restaurant. Cleaning crew knocking on door at 9:00 in morning.

“Enjoyed the stay. Need a larger area for tiki bar, it was very crowded and we found no place to sit. We wanted to get a bite to eat there but couldn't find a table to sit at so that is when we went to the motel restaurant and were not happy with the meal at all.”

• The King bed was very comfortable and the pool was very nice.
• It was further away from Naples Beach than we thought.

“It was clean and quiet even though there were a number of families there. Staff was very friendly. The pool area was very nice with adjacent Tiki bar! Hotel was further away from Naples Beach than we originally thought. If you are going to the Naples Beach Park, arrive VERY early as the only public parking available goes fast! Next time I would choose to stay a little closer to the beach. If going for the golf, this is the hotel for you. Over all nice hotel, comfortable, clean and affordable.”

• Bad area, run down, wrong bed size choice, too much cost.

“Not worth price spent. Wrong bed size choice, dirty run down hotel, under construction so pool looked awful, gross fake floral plants outside entrances, awful high crime area. 2 arrests in parking lot during stay.”

• Very poor location with public housing next door.

“I have used the system extensively for three years but never again in Naples. This is an aged facility with a new coat of paint. It is neither continent nor attractive.”

• The TV and the bathroom.
• Bad location, dirty, loud, structure damage, and mold.

“For the price I have had a lot better motel at economy motels. This was a ran down neighborhood with lost of loitering around the building. The room was just remodeled but had mold, and places where the paint had got water in behind it and made like a bladder on the wall. The only thing nice about the room was the bathroom and the TV. For a family of teenagers I do not recommend this motel because of the RIF RAF that hangs around the parking and buildings. It is a loud and rough bunch.”

• The room was large with queen beds.
• The hotel's common areas are not clean and appear old.

“This is an older hotel with a large pool. The room for the price was worth it. The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from Naples. If a person does not know the area, it could pose a problem. I would probably stay there again.”

• Slow service in the restaurant right after opening for lunch.

• Nice room and surroundings, nice restaurant with open patio, breakfast a bit starchy but okay.
• No fitness centre or business centre, no laundry, internet not working.

“Nice room but hotel lacking many facilities, lacked fitness or business centre. No laundry. Staff quite abrupt, internet had not worked for days and staff did not care, were in no hurry to fix this. Buffet in evening was good, restaurant staff were good. Would stay again, even walking around a golf course can be very pleasant.”

• The staff was courteous.
• There was blood on the walls and floor in the bathroom and the room smelt.

“The Hotel was 4 buildings, 2 of the buildings were well lit and clean and 2 of the buildings were motel style. The doors were on the outside. The lighting outside the rooms in this section was poor to non existence. One of the rooms in the newer building was nice but the other room felt unsafe and unclean. ”
