• The location was excellent.
• There was no maid service on Sunday.

“The hotel was basically clean and in a convenient location. The shuttle was a plus. The hotel staff was friendly.”

• Room was comfortable, good shower pressure.
• Construction project going on and staff and construction personnel were oblivious that guests were present.

“I stayed overnight on business with the intention of sleeping in the following morning. I was awakened by construction activity at 7:00am. I called the front desk about it and the staff offered me a free breakfast for my trouble. I reluctantly agreed, thinking I could read the paper in lieu of sleep. There was a huge commotion in the room next to the restaurant. Construction workers were yelling to people across the room and no staff member was willing to ask them to be more respectful of people eating breakfast. In fact the manager was not there and joked later with the staff that she was not there on purpose because it was too loud. The restaurant was also very dirty, with two of the three stacks of dinner plates on the buffet had some pieces of someone else's breakfast on them. The tables were greasy, the eggs were watery, the buffet tables were not set up properly, the coffee was cold. Again at checkout, with about six people in front of me checking out, a crew of construction workers walked through the lobby and did not excuse themselves but merely pushed passed the guests, and one crew member actually put a coffee he was holding down on the front desk and went about his delivery and picked it back up on the way out ten minutes later (I was still in line). I was very disappointed with my stay here.”

• Gorgeous room, great location.
• Still being renovated, have to pay for parking.

“It was recently renovated, and everything is new. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Science Museum and the Browns Stadium. The only downsides to my stay - you have to pay $14 each day for parking, and the renovation continues, so the business center is temporarily located in the 2nd floor lobby. Overall, I was very pleased.”

• Perfect location, very clean, beautiful furnishings, extremely comfortable, helpful friendly staff.
• Cost of parking for our vehicle was a little high.

“This hotel and room was the kick-off to a perfect getaway! Perfect location, safe parking garage, free shuttle to many places, friendly staff, gorgeous room with really nice furnishings and awesome bedding, fair price, fun atmosphere at lounge. Absolutely loved it!”

• The room was very attractive.
• Loud construction was going on and the room was very small.

“Staff was friendly, parking was very expensive, the room was very small and loud during construction. However, it seems that when the construction is over it will be a really nice place- our room was recently redone and was really nice.”

• They have a pool.
• The pool closed to soon.

“As soon as we arrived, I explained that I was a priority gold card member, which didn't seem to make any difference. As a gold card member, we are guaranteed a certain level of treatment, such as certain perks, (restaurant discount coupons, freebees, etc. We received nothing. We even had to pay to park in there own structure. I enjoyed the hotel, however the pool closed to early and there were no brochures, menus, etc.”

“Nothing in room to locate area night life. I asked the front desk about a particular nightlife area I heard about, was told there were only 2 places to go to there. We went to this area (warehouse dist.) and behold, there were probably at least a dozen bars/restaurants to go to.”

• Metered Parking spots in front of hotel.
• Elevators were not working. No lotion in the room. Had to pick it up from front desk.

“Only one of 4 elevators were working. Long waits for them, caused major delays in feeding the parking meters and having to pick up body lotion from the front desk. Staff was not very welcoming upon arrival. No people skills.”

• Dirtiness of the rooms floor.

“The hotel itself has a good name but this particular one was a little less what I expected. When I arrived the counter girl never said Hi or enjoy your stay, which is what I get from all the best hotels and when I went up to my room the first thing I noticed was the smell, it was like an old room that had not had any through cleaning in a while. Next thing was as we took our shoes off to walk in the room the floor was very unpleasantly sticky and when I called down to the front desk to ask for assistance the girl told me there was nothing she could do, therefore I didn't even stay there my last night because of it and nobody seemed to care.”

• The cleaning of our room left a lot to be desired.

“After a 16 hour day at the Cleveland clinic and a six and a half hour surgery only to get lost at 1:30am on the way back to the hotel our room was not cleaned bed not made and no clean towels not a great day.”

• Charged an extra $16 for the night to park in their ramp.

“Nice area, by the stadium and rock n roll hall of fame. A decent room for a 2.5 star hotel. But didn't like the extra cost to park in the ramp.”

• The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance of north coast harbor.
• The food was not great and the staff seemed to be overworked. It took several requests to get what I needed.

“The hotel is currently renovating its rooms so beware if you are staying in any of the upper floors. The staff also seems severely overworked and it takes a couple of requests to get what you need. Otherwise, the hotel is conveniently located, has shuttle service to local attractions, and a great car service for the airport.”

• Multiple elevator problems during stay.

• Location was good for visiting Rock in Roll Hall of Fame.
• Elevators were extremely slow and parking charge was too high.

“Hotel was under some renovation but location was good for the Hall of Fame. The room I stayed in had already been renovated and was nice. However, the elevators (two were broken and two were working) were extremely slow and this frustrated many quests. The parking charge of $16.00 seemed a bit high for an unmonitored garage.”

• Great location, free shuttle was excellent for getting around, helpful and friendly staff.
• The wait for the elevators was long at times (due to renovations being done at the hotel).

“This hotel is in a great location a short walk from the lake, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and Browns Stadium. Walking to the Indians stadium and Hard Rock Cafe takes about 20 minutes, but there is also a free shuttle that runs like clockwork. Great view of the sunset from the hotel! The hotel was being renovated, but accommodations were good. Staff was professional and helpful.”

• The bed and pillows were outstanding.
• The elevators did not work properly, had to wait way too long.

“This will be a very nice hotel when they are all done with there remodeling. It was great to have the shuttle take you anywhere you wanted to go and pick you up. Once you park your car you do not need it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will surely go back.”
