• Clean, comfortable beds. Hotel has excellent cookies.
• Hotel lobby is rather small.

“Exterior of hotel is nothing fancy to look at but rooms are very nice, clean, and modern with flat screens. The beds are extremely comfortable and plush. The best thing however are the warm cookies provided at check-in (and at departure, if you ask).”

• Beds and linens were very comfortable.
• Not enough elevators in service.

“On arrival it was very convenient to park in the attached garage of this downtown hotel. Parking can be paid for at hotel desk and includes in/out privileges. Garage only has one small elevator though. Lobby and room were very clean. Hallway on floor needed to be vacuumed. Hotel had 4 small elevators for 15 floors, one of which appeared not to be working. When departing in the morning it was impossible to get an elevator that wasn't full. Pool and hot tub were well kept and refreshing.”

“Staff helpful and made sure my room had a view of the water. Comfortable hotel. Good amenities. Fantastic shuttle service to/from other areas of town.”

“I mistakenly forgot a couple of clothing items in my room. I have still not been able to get a call back from someone in housekeeping or management regarding these items. I'm very disappointed as one of the items has a special meaning from a previous vacation.”

• Great location, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent security.
• Free parking when the renovations are done.

“The indoor pool is very nice, the decor is tasteful. I was really surprised by the room. Flat screen, nice plush beds. The garage is well-secured and the hotel is located right downtown, walking distance from the local nightlife. Take in a Cavs game easily. I would recommend it definitely”

• My rooms bathroom was beautiful and clean.
• The lobby was undergoing construction.

“Since the lobby was under construction, the main entrance was not in use but one didn't learn this until after parking nearby and carrying your luggage there. Once inside, one found that the public spaces and elevators were either under construction or in need of thorough cleaning.”

• Great room very modern and clean. Nicely redone!
• Under construction!

“In was about 6-9 months this hotel will be a very nice place to travel to. The room was excellent because it had already been finished. We had a view of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the lake. The bar was also very nice! The only thing holding this hotel back was the construction on the restaurant, little dusty!”

• A place to rest between hospital visits.
• Towels, coffee, condiments etc were not replenished daily and transportation back and forth from hospital, had to be called for not regularly scheduled as I.

“A small map of Downtown Cleveland including street construction and one way streets would be helpful for out of towners.”

• Actual room was really nice.
• Outside, common areas, hallways smelled pissy.

“If travelling alone or with spouse this may be suitable. Close to downtown attractions. Overall, hotel was not suitable for small children or families. Common areas were very dreary and dirty.”

• There was no maid service on Sunday.

• Room was comfortable, good shower pressure.
• Construction project going on and staff and construction personnel were oblivious that guests were present.

“I stayed overnight on business with the intention of sleeping in the following morning. I was awakened by construction activity at 7:00am. I called the front desk about it and the staff offered me a free breakfast for my trouble. I reluctantly agreed, thinking I could read the paper in lieu of sleep. There was a huge commotion in the room next to the restaurant. Construction workers were yelling to people across the room and no staff member was willing to ask them to be more respectful of people eating breakfast. In fact the manager was not there and joked later with the staff that she was not there on purpose because it was too loud. The restaurant was also very dirty, with two of the three stacks of dinner plates on the buffet had some pieces of someone else's breakfast on them. The tables were greasy, the eggs were watery, the buffet tables were not set up properly, the coffee was cold. Again at checkout, with about six people in front of me checking out, a crew of construction workers walked through the lobby and did not excuse themselves but merely pushed passed the guests, and one crew member actually put a coffee he was holding down on the front desk and went about his delivery and picked it back up on the way out ten minutes later (I was still in line). I was very disappointed with my stay here.”

• Gorgeous room, great location.
• Still being renovated, have to pay for parking.

“It was recently renovated, and everything is new. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Science Museum and the Browns Stadium. The only downsides to my stay - you have to pay $14 each day for parking, and the renovation continues, so the business center is temporarily located in the 2nd floor lobby. Overall, I was very pleased.”

• Perfect location, very clean, beautiful furnishings, extremely comfortable, helpful friendly staff.
• Cost of parking for our vehicle was a little high.

“This hotel and room was the kick-off to a perfect getaway! Perfect location, safe parking garage, free shuttle to many places, friendly staff, gorgeous room with really nice furnishings and awesome bedding, fair price, fun atmosphere at lounge. Absolutely loved it!”

• Loud construction was going on and the room was very small.

“Staff was friendly, parking was very expensive, the room was very small and loud during construction. However, it seems that when the construction is over it will be a really nice place- our room was recently redone and was really nice.”

• They have a pool.
• The pool closed to soon.

“As soon as we arrived, I explained that I was a priority gold card member, which didn't seem to make any difference. As a gold card member, we are guaranteed a certain level of treatment, such as certain perks, (restaurant discount coupons, freebees, etc. We received nothing. We even had to pay to park in there own structure. I enjoyed the hotel, however the pool closed to early and there were no brochures, menus, etc.”
