“This was a very nice hotel, (if you like historical or old places to go). The hotel was very close to everything, yet kinda pricey if you are traveling with a young child.”

“Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very comfortable. Beautiful building but too bad retail space in public areas mainly empty or closed early. Unfortunately construction next door started very early (before 7:00 am) and was very loud.”

“None there, all of the arcade shops were closed. Big spacious room with little furniture - kind
of
strange. Parking was more expensive then NYC.”

“ The Hyatt has a very unique design and is located in a great spot. It is close to all downtown Cleveland attractions. There is shopping and restaurants located inside the hotel. The only downside is that there was not a pool or hot tub, but the fitness room was more than adequate. ”

“If you are looking for the usual quality of Hyatt Hotels, you will not find it here. This was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. A romantic getaway weekend turned bad quickly when the room had dust bunnies in the corners, the strong smell of smoke, burn holes in the curtains and visible stains on the blanket (not to mention the toe nail clipping that was in the bed - not ours). This hotel does not measure up to the star rating given. You would be better of at a clean/updated economy hotel chain.”

“The hotel is a historical landmark and for good reason. The arcade is beautiful to walk through and the staff was extremely friendly. They couldn't get us a king bed the first night but assured we would have one the second night (and we did).”

“You have to pay for parking which is $18 overnight, I wish those things would be listed when you are searching hotels, but we have stayed here numerous times and we love it.”

“Lovely stay in a beautiful historic hotel that did not scrimp on quality or beauty. We loved it and hope to return some day soon.I like the indoor shopping mall and hope that portion will be restored to its former glory. Personal staff. Great place!”

“Nice room, very comfortable beds. Proffessional and friendly staff. There was a small amount of elevator noise in our room but not enough to be a problem.”
