“A perfect location for sporting events, downtown dining and nightlife, rock and roll hall of fame, science center, etc. The staff was extremely helpful. We stayed two nights, and wish it could have been longer.”

“This hotel is misleading because the room is visually pleasing but aside from the comfort of the linens, the customer service policies are unacceptable. Shortly after we arrived, the toilet broke and was overflowing from the back. We had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come fix the toilet and then no one from housekeeping came to clean up the bathroom until later that evening while we were out.”

“The hotel was very nice. We loved the flat screen tv in our room. The room was beautiful when we walked in, from the pillows on the bed to the view of lake erie from the window.”
