“The hotel was full of friendly courteous staff. Clean and neat although the business center needed updating and dirty computer bored. The room was clean except I did find a piece of shattered glass on floor. Were accommodating to late check out even though hotel seemed very busy. Would have liked the shuttle service to be known ended up driving since thought there was none and paid $8 for parking an expense I would have loved to have saved. Room service prompt. Workout facility was nice? Clean and had a nice variety but was small for space and there were a few of us sharing. Overall, the hotel was worth the stay.”

“I thought the hotel was nice but I was upset with the fact that even though you are paying to stay at the hotel, you have to pay $20-40 just to park to stay there for one night. We also got woke up at 3 am and had to go down 16 flights of stairs for a false fire alarm.”

“The staff at this hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms and lobby were clean and nicely decorated. The only bad point was the pool which was very small and only 3 feet deep.”

“The hotel was beautiful and the staff accommodating. Even as a smoker. I'd be willing to stay here and just not smoke. Parking stinks, but it is in the crux of Downtown Cleveland. My sole objection was being billed $32 after great for two pieces of fried chicken only to find the chicken temped, the slaw hot and the potatoes dry. I'll never trust their room service again.”

“Staff was fantastic and would return in a heartbeat. Asked someone in the lounge for a good sports bar in town because we wanted to watch a very specific game. When she returned a few minutes later with a suggestion we asked if she felt they could get that game and she replied telling us she had already phoned the bar and they assured her it would be on. Great service will go a long way to ensuring any future visits to that area will include a stay at that hotel.”

“This was an overall good experience. As with most hotels, this one too must work on Internet connectivity. We were told parking would be $6, but were charged $20. Apparently, we parked 15 minutes early for the weekend rate and were not warned by the front desk. The hotel is refunding the difference - after second complaint and attempt to pass this mistake off on the garage. We continue to be amazed that hotels don't work on these two important areas. Generally, hotels finally got the "bed" issues worked out, but really need help with parking and Internet matters... oh, and lets not forget BALLOON pillows. This would eliminate the password protection issues that always complicate the wireless connection.”

“Every thing but the shower was enjoyable. of course, Cleveland had it's worst blizzard in about 70 years during our stay, but that wasn't the hotel's fault!”

“Brief stay passing through town. Fast check-in, clean and tidy room. Room size was a bit cozy, but the beds were great. Pools was small and shallow, but adequate for kids to splash around before bed time, also had hot tub sauna & fitness room with plenty of machines. Lounge in lobby looked fairly busy for a weeknight. Within walking distance of Downtown arenas and RRHOF. Overall, highly recommended.”
