• Convenient access to Interstate 295.
• Room on 3rd floor - no elevator.

“This hotel was what I expected. Inexpensive and convenient to Interstate. Will probably stay again. Pretty high service fee!”

• The good thing about this hotel was that I only had to stay in it one night.
• I can not describe in 20 words or less how bad this hotel was.

• Location.
• The smell, the unfriendly staff, and the very poor internet connection.

“Horrible, I would not recommend it to anyone! I never complain but this was ridiculous. The room smelled horrible, the staff was extremely unhelpful and the internet connection was treacherous.”

• The hotel was not clean and is in a very bad location.

“The hotel was disgusting. I would never recommend it to anyone. It's in a very bad spot as well. I did not let my family stay there. We checked out as soon as we got there.”

• Cost.
• The smell of Indian food throughout the whole hotel.

“Rooms had dirty floors. The whole place, even the rooms smelled like Indian food. Had to use the air conditioner to try and get rid of the smell, but that didn't work beds were not comfortable and sheets would slide around as you slept. Would never ever stay here again.”

• Frig in the room.
• Most everything.

“We were very disappointed. The hallways were gloomy and smelly. The beds weren't too comfortable. The hotel details online said local calls were free but they weren't. When I tried to use the phone, they said it was 50-cents a call and I insisted that they be free. They wanted to know how many calls I needed to make and I insisted that they were free. I made one the first day and although we had pre-paid for 2 nights, the 2nd day when I tried, I was once again unable to make calls. The lobby where breakfast is served has no tables - only 1 couch so you cannot eat in the lobby.”

• Location convenience was the only benefit to staying in this hotel.
• Management was the most appalling!

“Management staff was very rude and not accommodating to our needs at all; i.e. refused to give us extra towels and toilet paper/toiletries, no astray for a smoking room. The selections I made for our room were not fulfilled; i.e. size of bed, smoking room. There are no accommodations for a physically handicapped person whatsoever. ”
