• Our room was very comfortable and quiet.
• The soda machine wasn't vending sodas.

“A night in the Hojo in Orange Park, FL, was a birthday gift for my husband (a night without the children). It was comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was huge and so functional. The staff was very kind and polite. It was a nice night out.”

• They take care of the hotel, I would stay here again.
• I'm not a big fan of outdoor access rooms.

• Customer service was great and I felt at home.
• My family had dinner at the restaurant and the fish was bad. The manager did nothing about it and still charge us a full price on the meal. Not good.

“I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and I will recommend the hotel to all my friends but advise them to eat out in town. The food was really bad I hope you get a better cook. Overall I will give the hotel stay a 9.”

• They were very friendly. It was very quiet although located in a busy area.

• Conscientious staff, clean facilities.
• Less than 100 feet past off-ramp, access not ideal.

“I would stay here again. Clean room, pool and public areas. Pool towels, hair dryer, iron board, safe, mini-fridge, microwave and wireless internet provided. Would be nice if television music and video game channels were included in price. Great deluxe continental breakfast that attendant serves, so bring cash for tip.”

• Clean room; friendly staff. Great continental breakfast.
• Was not in the area we were expecting.

“We walked into the first room we were given and the air conditioner wasn't working. We complained and were given a different room with working air. The room looked recently remodeled. Very clean. The free breakfast was better than we expected. Very friendly staff. This hotel was well worth the money.”

• It is an older hotel that has been redone. Brand new mattresses! Excellent sleep.
• Nothing.

“The outside is totally different than the inside. Do not judge this hotel by its older outer architecture. They've done a great job and cleaning it up on the inside. The location was perfect for what I needed. Very easy to find and quick to get to from the airport.”

• How close places were.
• I didn't like the fact that we had a smoking room and we don't smoke.

“The thing we liked best staying at this hotel is that it seemed to be in the middle of everything we wanted to do. We went for the Alabama vs. Florida state game, so we went to Jacksonville, and we also wanted to go to St. Augustine, and it seemed to be right in the middle of both, so we didn't have such a long drive to either place. Also when we arrived we needed a map to get around seeing how it was our first trip to Orange park/Jacksonville, and they were able to help us with one.”

• The rooms were nice and we needed joining rooms for the group and each room had a microwave and refrigerator.
• I didn't like that we all couldn't be put together, the hotel was booked up.

“The grounds, the lobby, the rooms, the dining service, and the food were great. The staff provided our group with wonderful service which left a memorable experience.”

• Staff was very friendly.
• Soap bars could have been bigger or more of them and no lotion in the room.

“Over all my stay at the hotel was good. Pretty much just slept there, didn't get time to use other accommodations.”

• Very close the Naval Air Station Jacksonville.
• Maid service knocked 3 times, 3 hours before checkout time.

“Trash left piled outside the rooms for hours sometimes, pool and hot tub well cared for. Very friendly front desk. Cable okay. Water hot. Quiet at night. Close to NAS JAX.”

• Not much.
• There was a hair on the sheets, room wasn't comfortable.

“I was very disappointed - the hotel was at the end of an exit ramp, the rooms opened up to a parking to that was not kept very well, when I went to go to sleep I pulled back the blanket and found hairs on the sheet. I couldn't wait to get out of the room.”

• Did not have enough room for all of us in one room.

“It was a nice hotel. Staff was friendly. But we only had a king size bed and had two children with us. One of them was in a port crib but the other had to sleep on the floor because there was not another bed in the room.”
