• You never have to leave the resort.
• Too much public access to the resort.

“The hotel is clean and modern. Everything is available and you never have to leave. Drink pricing is too high. The public is allowed to use the pools and it is a problem. Too much riff raff on the weekends.”

• A true first class resort in a first class setting.

“This property recently underwent a $185 million refurbishment and it really shows. I've stayed here twice in the past and the level of luxury and service is now superb. The pool to beach transitions are perfect, outdoor dining excellent, dining variety very good, and those sunsets are fantastic! Our room was oversized and extremely comfortable. Staff was obviously well trained in excellent customer service.”

• Location, just a few feet from the Gulf of Mexico.
• Parking was $10 a day. It should be free for guests.

“It was a wonderful hotel, and very quite even though there was construction at the time.”

• Parking was across the street.

“I can say nothing bad about this hotel. Even though it was going through some remodeling, it was still a great place to stay. Huge rooms, great for a kid to run around in.”
