• Location was very good.
• Room was nasty -socks were black after 5 mins.

“Room was nasty (floor was soiled and sink had hair on it) elevator was broken and I have problems going up stairs and we were on 4th floor, trains ran late at night and very early in morning and heater kicked on every 4 minutes and sounded like a loud hair dryer.”

• The hotel was close to the highway.
• It was dirty, poorly maintained, unfriendly, lowest quality of a hotel as possible.

“This hotel was close to the highway. The other guests were friendlier than the workers. I had to clean the sink before using it. The bathroom needed many repairs. The air conditioner was very noisy. The breakfast, served in a tiny, old room, was not appealing or tasty and offered a quite limited selection.”

• Accessible to eating places and shopping.
• My room was in front of the ice machine.

“This hotel was accessible to shopping and eating establishments. There was not a lot of traffic making it easy to enter and exit the hotel.”

• Room was nice for the price paid.
• We could hear out neighbor in the middle of the night.

“I felt for the price that we were able to stay in a nice hotel. The room was clean and the employees were friendly and helpful.”

• For the price, and a one night stay, it served it's purpose.
• The room smelled damp and the floors were sticky.

“For a one night stay, it was fine. The continental breakfast was sufficient. We didn't have any towels when we arrived at 11:30pm. I had to go to another building to get some. The night clerk just handed them to me with no apology. The clerks on the other shifts were very nice.”
