• The bed was extremely comfortable and the people were friendly.
• The on-site restaurant food was not what I expected for the price.

“The hotel is very nice, with an on-site restaurant and room service. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. Cookies were available at check in and vending services were easily accessible. We were very pleased with our stay, with the exception of the food from the restaurant. It was ok, but not worth the price.”

• Location.
• Very musky, moldy odor in rooms, rooms not maintained.

“Rooms not maintained, baseboards in rooms all off of the walls, rooms had mold, musky odor, which made my asthma act up. Would never stay at this hotel again.”

• Have to climb stairs to get to room.

• Indoor pool and fitness center, clean room with all amenities, and friendly staff.
• No nice eating placing nearby. Room did not have outside facing windows

“Indoor pool was awesome, the staff was friendly, and the room was pretty clean. My only problem with the room was the windows which were opening into the closed hallway and so there was no access to daylight which was a bit depressing. A few good restaurants close by would make this place nicer.”

• Layout, indoor pool, nice facilities, staff service was good.

“Staff was friendly and able to answer all questions. The pool area was nice. We went swimming during the winter. Complimentary newspaper was an added bonus. There were several television channels available. I was pleasantly surprised!”

• They would not do the upgrade via the phone.

• There were no newspapers available.

“The room was clean. The staff was very helpful with directions. They provided us with maps. A continental breakfast would have been nice. I would stay at this hotel again.”

• The hotel was much nicer than expected. Check-in/out went very smoothly!! The staff were very friendly and helpful!!
• Most of the equipment in the exercise facility did not work. Also, you could hear every person entering building and/or rooms throughout the night.

“We were very pleased with this hotel and would definitely recommend. Great for family as it is a Holidome" with great pool/hot tub. The room was very clean and the staff was excellent."”
