• Decorated like a high priced upscale hotel. Very nice view of the water & windows can be opened.
• Had a little issue w/water drainage in the sink. Not enough to complain though.

“Great location with restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Try Roys, behind the hotel. Nice atmosphere and good food.”

• Boutique style comfortable rooms. Great decor, bedding and flat screen 37"TV.
• Small size room. No refrigerator. No climate control and loud AC.

“Great rooms and comfortable beds and bedding. Bay view on second floor or higher is good. When I arrived the clerk told me that the room type I had paid for and booked was not available. because of oversell. Refusing to settle for less the clerk mysteriously found the room I had paid for after a while. Once settled in the room I paid for my stay was great.”

• Room was nice. Small hotel with a slight upscale feel. Nice for a couples get away.
• Not a short walk to the shops on 5th as I was told prior to arrival.

“Nice hotel, 3 star at least. Pool is cute but kids would be disappointed (too small for them). Good outdoor bar. Nice views. Right near bay shops but very few shops there. You can walk to shops on fifth but I don¿t think it would be wise (lots of traffic and I am not sure how safe a walk by yourself). Most of staff nice. The woman that checked me in was totally rude. When I told her that I have never seen this before and nothing on the bill reflected anything of mine, she was rude. I still think things are screwed up and I won¿t be surprised if my credit card statement is wrong when I get it. ”

• Beautiful, friendly, warm atmosphere and people. Clean, clean ...
• Nothing,,, I think this hotel is wonderful.

“From the moment you pull into the parking lot to the last second as you pull out on the road, you feel like you are part of the family. The lobby, parking area, hallways and rooms are clean, freshly painted and continuously maintained by the quiet non obtrusive staff. Rich moldings, warm colors comfortable beds and pillows, great soaps and shampoos... I highly recommend this hotel to anyone young, old, business, pleasure, couples a great place to stay when visiting Naples, Florida.”

• Very clean rooms nice large TV. in rooms.
• Very few extras such as pool and things to do.

“This is a great hotel to stay. It is right on the water and is not a huge hotel. It has nice simple rooms and is great unless you are looking for things to do without leaving the hotel grounds.”

• It was a very short distance to the beach.
• The pool and hot tub were not heat as advertised.

“We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were newly remodeled and very comfortable and clean.”

• Great style, location, beautifully decorated, loved the furniture.
• Put room service tray outside door and called to let them know, and it was still there the next morning.

“I have used them many times with great results. This time I was extremely disappointed. I called to confirm my room and was promised a king smoking room. I was put on the top floor and the clerk said the entire building was no smoking. What a pain!! The bathroom was so tiny that I could not use the facilities without cramming my leg into the cheap vanity. The bathroom shelves were loose and flimsy. The water faucet was loose. The room was extremely tiny, narrow in width. The furniture in the room was set up across the tiny width of the room instead of from end to end. The TV was a huge large screen that sat only three feet from the bed. I laid in bed to watch TV and had a major headache within minutes. Did not sleep more than an hour all night. The entire following day I could not move without a sick dizzy headache. I will use again. If they book me at this particular hotel, I will refuse. This hotel totally ruined my trip.”

• The Continental breakfast was wonderful with a view of the water.
• Parking not convenient.

“Well worth the price I paid. A very pleasant surprise as it is easily a 3 star if not better hotel.”

• Rooms are unique.

“This is a physically attractive small, almost boutique hotel, on the water - the rooms and bath rooms are of special quality. Food service is limited, but good - and the bar is very nice.”

• We found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and affordable. The staff was helpful.
• The bar/grill was suppose to open at 1100am, no one was around to take my order?

“Kind of hard to find coming from the north, but once in I got the hang of coming and going. Registration person needs to know how far the beach is, not walking or strolling distance. Loved the room, pool and the overall area was very nice and clean. We had a very nice stay.”

• The hotel is on the intra coastal and is walking distance to all the 5th ave. shops.
• Can't think of anything.

“I loved the hotel. Friendly atmosphere and it's close to everything. The parking garage was great and the location is on the intra coastal where there are beautiful sites for a romantic dinner. I would definitely want to stay in this hotel again.”

• Nicely decorated close to good restaurants.
• Had to pay for Internet.

“This is an older hotel that was renovated. they did an excellent job with the decorations. the room was clean and had a great view of the bay. it was close to excellent restaurants and activities.”

• Great hotel with nice updated rooms. the view bay side was nice also.
• Airport was close by and planes flew over the hotel once in a while. but, wasn't really a problem with noise in the room.

“Really enjoyed our stay! The only problem we had was at check-in. we booked a king bed w/ a bay view and didn't get what we booked. The hotel only had double beds w/ a bay view which was disappointing. The staff at bay front offered us breakfast for our stay which was nice.”

• Front desk can get busy-usually only one person on duty.

• Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I especially liked that all of the rooms were nonsmoking.
• Everything was wonderful--wish I could have stayed longer.

“This was an exceptional hotel for the money. We were originally put in a first floor room, but upon my request, we were immediately given a room on the fourth Floor. Our room had been recently remodeled, and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The television set was a larger wide screen. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Rooms are small. Electric outlets are inconvenient.

“Excellent experience. Room surpassed expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful. A little bit difficult to find because the entrance is not on Fifth (as the name implies) and at night the sign age is not easily visible.”
