• Restoration of original manor house was excellent.
• None.

“This is a beautifully restored set of houses. It is only 2 blocks from Duval ST. and you can park and walk to all of the major attractions. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I wish we had stayed longer.”

• It's proximity to Duval St.
• It had a wine cooler, that did not cool very good, instead of a mini refrigerator.

“The location of the hotel was great if you are planning on visiting the Duval Street area. We were able to walk to every place we visited. The only problem with the hotel has small wine coolers in the rooms that do not get you drinks much colder that room temperature.”

“Many nice things have been removed since we stayed here 5 years ago. The fountain by pool area, toilet tissue changed to newspaper quality, Kleenex the same, no coffee in the room, no bloody maries by the pool, breakfast food suddenly looks like a motel 6 and huge dogs allowed in room above us who barked all night and started their run at around 4:30 a.m. The person who checked us in said she would move us the next day when in fact she was off the next day and where she told us we would be moved to was booked and occupied. No way will I ever, ever stay here again. ”
