• The customer service was good and they refunded my money.
• My first room had about 10 cockroaches with in the first 15 minutes of my stay.

“Although the first room had a roach problem the customer service was good and they relocated me to another room immediately. In the morning they offered me a refund even though I didn't request one.”

• The hotel staff were great, gave us directions to the beach and sights to see in the area. Great customer service at this hotel (Tom? I think)
• Nothing, excellent property, would stay again there.

“This is no longer a Holiday Inn as originally booked, it now belongs to Ramada. The property is A1 though, very well kept and friendly staff. Beautiful suroundings.”

• Amazing outdoor spaces with tons of flowers and a great pool.
• Seriously, couldn't complain about a thing.

“This was like the old Holiday Inns I used to stay at when I was a kid traveling with my parents, except with one big difference: style! Every room has been recently remodeled and is exceptionally cute for its star. And the pool and common areas are great, like a lush garden. If having a door that opens to the outside bothers you, then look elsewhere, but that seems like a negligible concern. Really, I didn't feel like I was suffering one bit by taking a 3.5 star instead of a 4 star. The only tiny downside is that the bathrooms are more motel-like, but that only accounted for about fifteen minutes of my overall stay, which was delightful!”

“Generally a good experience. The cost was quite reasonable. If you are interested in pretentious accommodations on the beach, this is probably not for you, but if you are willing to make short drives and clean and comfortable are your criteria, you will probably find this place acceptable.”

• Comfy bed, decent bath overall a B on the room.
• Grounds needed better maintenance especially pool.

“Room was decent, ceiling had some sort of water damage and stains were in several areas. Not what you want to be looking at when lying on the bed. Nice bed and linens. Bath was small but good water pressure and shower. Pool area could have been kept in better shape. Lots of leaves and plant debris in and around pool. Pool hours should be changed, shut down was 7 at night. Staff was nice, housekeeping was good as well.”

• The grounds around the pool area
• No privacy area for dressing. Bathroom very small.

“Rooms appreared to be updated with curtains, carpet, bedding. The ceiling spray in the room we stayed in was falling down along the edge of the wall so it made the room appear trashy. The bathroom area was small, there was no privacy for dressing and the outside walkways to the rooms on the second floor were filthy. You then drug the dirt into your room from your shoes and you could not walk on the carpet withour getting your feet and/or socks filthy.”

• Location.
• Extremely small bathroom. And room at end of motel next to vending machines and told nothing else available.

• Wireless internet access (although very slow), refrigerator & microwave in room, big bed, towels changed daily.
• Lack of cleanliness of room. There was a glob of furniture spray on every surface of the room. I had to clean room before unpacking. Gave note to staff.

“The location is good, the staff are very nice, very happy to help. On arrival, I went to room and noticed that every surface was covered with a glob (blob) of cleaner that hadn't been wiped off. Had I put my belongings on the surfaces, they would have absorbed the muck. I also believe there were fleas in the carpet. I got bitten during my stay.”

• It was clean.
• It was old.

“The people were great but the rooms were a motel style. Clean and nothing fancy, not very sound proof. The attached restaurant had an upscale atmosphere and prices but the food quality was more like a Denny's (wilted brown pieces of lettuce in the salad, reheated bake and serve dinner rolls and spotted lemons with the water. Steak was cooked to perfection but flavorless).”
