• Not a thing.
• Dirty, unattended, dark.

“When we arrived the attendant had left a note that he was picking up someone at the airport. We and another couple waited for over 20 minutes to check in, no apologies were offered, he barely spoke English. Room was dirty (hair in tub-carpet & linens worn out breakfast room dirty. Very disappointed.”

• It was an older hotel.

“It was a hotel at convenient location, a good value, very quiet, very clean and great bed. We had a king bed however some of the fixtures were looking worn.”

• They had a Christmas tree up.
• Slow check in, rooms not ready, rooms weren't very clean, kind of scary.

“The check in was slow and our rooms were not ready so we were put in different rooms. We checked in at 3:30, so our rooms should have been ready. The rooms weren't exactly what I had expected and wasn't up to a three star hotel.”

• The breakfast area was nice and clean.
• No elevator, hard to carry bags to the 2nd level.

“The person who worked nights could not find my reservation and at midnight I did not want to deal with that.”
