• Convenient close to airport and comfortable with good breakfasts.
• Dining area is not very private and dinner menu could be wider.

“The hotel's location makes it easy to get to most areas in Cleveland quickly and easily since it is a block from I-71.”

• Comfortable, clean.
• Dining was expensive, not many choices of restaurants.

“Not many choices of restaurants, I always like to go somewhere that I haven't been before. The next time, we will try to stay in Middleburg Heights, there is more to do around the hotel.”

• Lobby was very nice; close to highways.
• No continental breakfast.

• Lobby.
• Two sections of this hotel one is appropriate to the star level, the other where I was given accommodation has looks and the feel of an economy hotel.

The lobby and restaurant has the appropriate looks and feel, as walk towards the second building things change dramatically, I felt that I was cheated.”

• Nice lobby, decent room.
• Slow internet. Payable parking!

• Close to the airport with transportation. The shuttle driver was very helpful.
• Front desk staff could be more efficient. More staff should be available in the morning.

• The pool & hot tub were excellent!
• Very poor internet service and too expensive!

“We were staying at this hotel en route to Vegas for business & pleasure. The room and pool area were very nice. I was very displeased with the internet service price and also, I had to sit in the lobby with my laptop to even get any service which was at best snail slow! Not a bad hotel, just don't pay for the internet service.”

• Good friendly staff clean environment.
• Internet access should be free with the total price. Refrigerators and microwaves are a must for this star rating. Rooms should be a little bigger.

“I was not over all satisfied with my stay because just 2 days earlier I was at Hampton Inn In the Cleveland Ohio area where they had free internet and the convenience of a microwave and Fridge and not to mention that the rooms were more roomier for a better price. Does Hampton have more stars then Marriott?”

• I loved everything about this hotel.
• There was not anything that I could find unattractive about this hotel.

“This hotel was absolutely perfect. When I normally travel to Cleveland I have to stay in very low quality hotels because I am short on money.”

• Close to the airport, park and fly shuttle service.
• Snow plow in the parking lot at 2:00 a.m. kept me up for over one hour.

• Nice atmosphere.
• Not much hot water and the drain of our tub were extremely slow.

“We have stayed at this hotel several times before, and have always been very satisfied. This time was not quite as great. For the first time, our room was on the first floor, and for the first time, when we went to take a shower, the water was tepid at best. Also, the drain of our tub was extremely slow and made it difficult to take a shower. We were disappointed about that, but informed the reception desk, and they said they would take care of it. Since we checked out, we are not sure if they followed through. This was definitely our worst experience at Marriott, but we will give it another chance since we have been pleased with them before. Next time we'll ask for a room not on the first floor.”

• Very comfortable room and bed great sleep.
• A few broken things that seem to be waiting for major renovation.

“Easy shuttle to/from airport. Easy check-in, friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable. Upgraded bedding gave a wonderful night's sleep to this exhausted traveler. However, there were a couple of broken things in the bathroom (no tub plug, shower curtain rod coming apart). Didn't eat dinner at the hotel, did eat breakfast buffet. Typical high price with less than expected to offer.”

• It was comfortable, nonsmoking, updated, and for the most part very clean.
• Our room for the most part was clean except for the huge spot on the drape that looked like someone vomited on it, and the rug had several spots (gum.

“I would certainly recommend, for the most part the hotel was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The curtain in our room looked like it had vomit on it and could have easily been replaced. The rug also had a few spot (gum). I would stay here again hands down. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.”
