• Everything cleanliness, staff, location all horrible.

“I stayed in this pig hole 1 week before USA Today published an article ranking this hotel on Brook park road the 5th dirtiest in the country. They are not even a Days Inn anymore, most likely because they cant meet the standards. Sleep in your car, not here.”

• Convenient location.
• Everything.

“Air conditioning did not work, maintenance wouldn't even try to fix it. Dirty shirt in the drawer, papers under the bed, carpet had not been swept. Mold on the shower curtain, door stuck closed, toilet paper holder hanging off wall. Coffee pot did not work, windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them. Outside doors were propped open most of the night. Horrible, absolutely horrible. Oh and the pool - the outdoor pool was closed, in fact it has never been opened this season, the cover was still on it. Mid July, hottest time of the year and the pool is closed. Wow, worst place I have ever stayed in.”

• Adjacent Mexican restaurant is the only highlight.
• Dirty, smelly, a totally disgusting place .

“Believe me guys, I use Days Inn everywhere all the time, but it was my worst experience: I needed a place that accepted pets and unfortunately everything was booked in the city because of the Air Show. I booked the room by internet and the pictures looked fine. When I was there I got a room with all kind of smells, dirty, big colored spots on the carpet, web spiders everywhere, and dead mosquitoes with bloody spots on the wall. Even worst: there were hairs in the pillow and the sheets weren't convincing about their cleanness. I went to complain and the receptionist blamed the cleaning people and gave me another room less dirty but equally disgusting. My daughters went to the outdoor pool and came back commenting about the bad condition of the pool area. Being 11pm my wife convinced me to stay that night in there and move out the next day.”

• Location was close to my destination.
• Had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi from my room, went to lobby and had excellent connection.

“Economy hotel, close to freeway and airport. Room was clean. Desk staff was friendly and approachable. Free Wi-Fi, although my room was at the far part of the hotel and I had trouble connecting. Great signal in the lobby. Small game room with two air hockey tables and other video games. Kid friendly. Did not use the pool or exercise room although both are onsite along with a nightclub.”

• There was nothing to like.
• Dirty, lights out, doors didn't lock.

“This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. I had to have the maintenance in to repair the door lock twice, the room was very dirty, and light bulbs were out. There was no alarm clock as advertised, no refrigerator and no microwave. It smelled.”

• The 2nd bathroom was clean.
• The first room was dirty. The second, the bathroom was clean but the room was grungy.

• Only one restaurant within walking alone

“Quite frankly, a one star rating for this motel is a generous rating. If you're reading these reviews I urge you to believe all of the negative reviews written here. I did not believe this motel could be as bad as what was written here. Trust me it is positively as bad as everyone has written, if not worse. My advice to anyone reading this is to spend a little extra money and go to another motel.”

“Was very disappointed in this hotel there was an iron burn though the carpet in the middle of the floor, sheets were gray, ziggurat burns in matters pad and blankets this is a no-smoking room.”
