  • Clean.
  • Tried to cancel my reservation.

“I would not stay here again. Too many hotels in the area that wouldn't try to do what they tried to do; cancel my room inside of 48 hours of arrival. While they offered another room, it was at a sister property that was at an inconvenient distance. They tried it on four out of 10 people in our group. Dissatisfied with the process.”
