• Convenient location, quiet considering proximity to highway.
• Worn room carpet and mattresses, no computers, no indoor pool.

“ Overall the Comfort Inn is an OK place to stay. However, I found the following faults. The mattresses are older and soft with a depression in the middle, room carpet was older, worn and ready to be replaced. There was mildew in the bathtub grout, and the dark grout on the bathroom floor appeared dirty even though it may have been clean. The hallways smelled stale/smoky. Complementary breakfast ends very early (fine for weekday business travelers but not convenient for weekend visitors) and there were no computers for guest use! No indoor pool. I usually stay at the Courtyard by Marriott, 1/4 mile away. I saved $10.00/ night at Comfort Inn. The Marriott is fresher, newer, cleaner, has an indoor pool and two computers always available. It's worth the extra 10 bucks. Sorry Comfort Inn, I'm going back to Marriott. ”

• Convenient location; comfy room; friendly staff.
• Continental breakfast could have been offered until 11am.

“Hotel located in good area close to many restaurants. Very close to I-71. Staff ridiculously helpful and friendly. Room very clean and comfortable.”

• Friendly staff, and clean room.

“Great value. Friendly staff and clean rooms. We were given a deluxe breakfast that included waffles, muffins, juices, etc. Located just off the highway and there was a few restaurants located nearby. There wasn't a restaurant located in the hotel.”

• Breakfast could stay open later than 10am on the weekend.

• Expensive cab ride to city center.

“The people were really nice and helpful, and I slept well. What more is there to say? It's a motel.”

• It was very clean.
• It needed an indoor pool or heat the outside pool.

“We really enjoyed staying here at the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was great - just off the highway. The front desk was very helpful and the breakfast was great (hard boiled eggs.) It was a great experience.”

• Beds were padded, very comfortable and pillows were very comfortable.
• I usually don't get the two Queens but with this I got no refrigerator.

“The hotel is pleasant, clean convenient. Usually provides a morning paper to each room. Have nice towels, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, high speed internet, movies and games.”
