• I liked having the kitchenette available and the continental breakfast was extensive.
• Couldn't get my laptop to work with the high speed internet.

• Clean room and facilities. Very good location and even friendly cleaning lady.
• Nothing to dislike. Staff doing excellent job.

• Convenience to a lot of restaurants, nice beds, clean easy to get to off the freeway.
• One day we had to complain because they did not clean our room.

“Good hotel for quick business trip, close to a lot of good restaurants, great breakfast free each morning, great beds, very easy to get to right off the freeway, and has a self laundry room.”

• They clean the room and dishes everyday. Very comfortable bed.

• The beds are incredible!
• The staff is either incredible or horrible depending on who you get.

• Clean rooms, safe, quiet, some staff is pretty good.
• There are serious management and housekeeping issues at this hotel.

“I came to stay left a do not disturb sign on my door and my room was invaded and cleaned by housekeeping staff (it was treated very rudely by the clerk). The last time I was here one week ago, my glasses were left on the nightstand. There was no record of them being turned in at all. I have seen superior service and staff performance at dozens of other hotels and a manager who permits this is no manager. I won't stay here again.”

• Customer service is abominable.

“Left my glasses on the nightstand called a few hours later and checked the next week said they were not found I know they were lying on the stand. Staff not at all helpful.”

• Clean, safe and nice room  quiet.
• Staffing and management issues.

“On checkout, I was grossly overcharged and it took more than a week for management to correct it and management was very rude and not at all helpful with the process. I was quite disgusted with them. Now I like the hotel and some of the staff are courteous but the manager and some of the staff were very rude and I do not appreciate at all that there was insufficient communication between staff and management also, they awakened me at 1:30 in the afternoon when I was doing a night stint at my business despite do not disturb signs, etc. Manager has a lot to learn about keeping a proper hotel she was very unhelpful and rude.”

• The room was extremely clean and fresh smelling. The staff was outstanding.
• Nothing.

“I was very pleased with my stay. One important thing to note was the free parking as I left on a trip. When my flight came in, I called for the hotel shuttle. The shuttle was unavailable; therefore, they paid for my cab back to the hotel. Although I only stayed one night (before I left on the trip) and was permitted to leave my car at the hotel, they were kind enough to transport me back to get my car. They paid the cab driver on the spot without any questions.”

• The sofa could be converted to a sleeper. Another suite hotel near Elkhart, IN we had to purchase an air mattress.
• The toilet plugged up immediately upon using.

“The hotel was difficult to reach by phone. We were arriving by car on the interstate and needed directions and didn't get through until several tries.”
