• Location.
• The public areas were not kept to the cleanest standards.

“A conveniently located hotel that is starting to show it's age. Good amenities but the public areas are not kept as clean as the should be.”

• Good small workout room, nice pool and hot tub and quite helpful staff.
• No sauna.

• Beds were very comfortable.

“Nicely remodeled, friendly staff, nice pool, hot tub and fitness room. However, expensive breakfast $10.99 per person, compared to other free breakfast at others. Overall, recommended.”

• Clean comfortable rooms.
• Chlorine smell from the pool.

“No great shakes, but a competent middle of the road Courtyard. Did have internet access in the lobby/dining area. Decent value for the cost.”

• Free airport shuttle.
• King size bed instead of 2 queens & no refrig.

“Very clean and attractive; free airport shuttle; easy freeway access; pool & fitness room make this the ideal place to stay when traveling out of Hopkins Airport. But no free breakfast, that was the only negative.”

“Attempted to get two beds, but staff would not budge on letting me have two; have only had this problem once before, and had asked for and received two beds at this same hotel before.”

• Very comfortable bed and it had a balcony.
• Towels were kind-a small and not enough in bathroom for a family of 3.

“There were teen age boys running up and down the halls for hours during the night. Every time I stuck my head out the door, they disappeared into a different room. Apparently, there was a group. When I checked out the next morning, I was asked how my stay was. I mentioned the boys running up and down the halls. But you are, so we can't do anything. This reference, plus the fact I had to ask for a different room during check in because the first room was next to an elevator, is totally unacceptable.”

• Walking distance to shopping, food, entertainment.

• King size bed.
• Fitted sheets didn't fit properly, walking space limited around bed because of lamps.

“For a 2.5 star hotel, it was ok. Rooms were quite, although I was on the top floor. But there were lots of older teens around so being in the commons area were overcrowded. I believe they were a hockey team. Commons area was arranged for computer usage on one wall and TV on the other. Other than the limited amount of space to walking around the bed, it was ok.”

• Nice, quiet, obviously for business travelers.
• It is a 100% non-smoking hotel. I do not like that as I am a smoker.

“Nice carpets, good bed, very clean. Tasteful decor but not overly ostentatious. Convenient to downtown and the airport. Nice landscaping, well maintained.”

• Close to other businesses and highway and very clean.
• The parking lot could be better lit and have more spaces but not too bad.

“This hotel is very clean and accessible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I wanted Chinese food for dinner, they offered a menu. The room was very well kept and the size was perfect for me. Local businesses include food stores, fast food, and restaurants. It is very close to the highway and easy to find. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Slightly older, but well kept hotel. Appointments all in good condition and met the advertised star class. Comfy foam type bed. Unfortunately I had trouble sleeping (things on my mind) and hearing the alarms from all the rooms around me did not help. Walls are too thin.”
