• I enjoyed the Sauna in addition to the whirlpool spa and pool.
• You have to use the phone in the pool area to have staff manually start hot tub. Dark bathroom.

“This hotel is right on the airport property, but other airport hotels in the area offer a large free parking while this one does not unless you have a specific package. Parking would be 10-11 daily which isn't terrible but I prefer free of course. Nice pool, sauna and whirlpool area plus fitness. Only complaint is there is not switch for the hot tub, you have to call the front desk and wait 15 minutes for someone to turn it on. Nice large flat screen TV, and a nice bed. Bathroom needs updating desperately and is incredibly dark. Needs additional lighting. Hotel is going through renovations. Have to walk through middle of restaurant and bar to get to and from pool area. Is a bit ridiculous!”

• The food service was delicious, quick, and friendly.
• Air conditioner leaked, but they offered to move me no problem.

“The staff was friendly, helpful, and courtious. The 30 second shuttle ride to the airport was a MAJOR plus. Would deffinitely stay here again!”

“The lobby and common areas are nice and well kept. The room, however, was smelly. The comforter had a cigarette burn hole, there was haor in the tub and sink. Overall, unless you have a very early flight, I'd skip this place.”

• Location, decor, cleanliness, friendly, helpful staff, liked pool and bar too.
• Nothing.

“This was a terrific place to stay after a long flight to Cleveland. It's located right across the street. It's clean, the beds are comfortable and the linens nice. The bathroom was updated and attractive. The staff was very friendly and helpful to us. We enjoyed a drink in the bar in the evening and a swim in the pool in the morning. We were relaxed and refreshed at the end of our stay.”

• The rooms were big, there was plenty of room to walk around in.
• Getting to the motel, it was kind of a hassle.

“The staff was great, they were friendly, housekeeping on the other hand, not to good, they did not do a good job on the toilet or the tub.”

• It was close to the airport.
• Bathroom not clean, falling apart, total room not clean.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. The shower handle fell off when we tried to use it. The faucet in the shower was loose and ready to fall off. The tables in the room were sticky and dirty. The cleaning lady sprayed some spray on a cloth, cleaned the toilet and with the same cloth cleaned the tables in the room. This was not a pleasant stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The lobby was nice. Staff was friendly and courteous.
• I thought it was noisy. People kept running up and down the hallway and slamming doors. Beds not very comfortable.

“I think this hotel is best for business travelers. The decor was nice, but the bed was uncomfortable.”

• I would tell my friends how friendly and helpful everyone was.
• Five dollars for bottle water was out their.

“My family had very nice stay the room were clean and neat. They had a nice place to eat but I did not care for the food it was not made the way I wanted.”

• The pool area is family friendly and has a nice look.
• The room was too small, and there were stains on the wall from an old water leak.

“For the price, this was a pleasant place to stay. It is convenient to the airport and the shuttle drivers are willing and able to help.”

• So convenient to the airport.
• $70 room service food worse than a convenience store.

“This review may be a bit skewed. The day we checked in there was a white out and planes were cancelled. This may have put extra pressures on the staff. Our check in was fast and friendly. The bartender was rude to the point of people leaving. So we decided to order room service, it took 2 hours, the food was cold, and about the same quality as gas station food from a microwave.”

• Very nice & quiet especially for being right at the airport.
• It was difficult to get to I had to call them even though I saw it from the freeway.

• Elevator key card system can't get breakfast earlier than 6am.

“We have stayed in this hotel several times and have always had great service. They recently installed a system in which in order to get to the floor your room is on, you have to enter your key in the elevator. This is for each and every floor! You can imagine the chaos this caused with a full hotel of travelers all trying to use the same elevators (2) at the same time. It was the most frustrating and ridiculous thing I have ever seen!”

• The hotel was average and kept up to date for an older hotel. Service was excellent!
• Older hotel. Room carpet older and bathrooms needed updating.

• Sink and tub drains didn't drain properly-clogged!

“Hotel staff didn't know how make a collect telephone call, but manager in fairness, did remove the phone charge from the bill the next morning. As above, the drains not working in the tub and sink is not expected with this star rating.”
