• Affordable and
  good location.
• Room had a persistent mildew smell.

• Some minimal repairs needed, but did not adversely impact on my evaluation of the place.

• The rooms included a full kitchen. Great for families and business travel.
• Decor was blah. Not too bad though.

“The staff was very courteous upon check in and check out. The room far exceed my expectations for the price and star. I only stayed one night, but the full kitchen would be perfect for longer stays.”

• Room smells nasty and house cleaning was very bad.

“I wasnt impressed with the hotel at all, it was kind of run down and I dont even want to talk about the smell. The house keeping staff was bad with the lack of towels and they skipped my room twice. I will come back to suburban this summer just so as they can help me find things and directions for my kids to do, and I will hope they have the smell under control.”
