- Good, and quite location.
- Poor staff attitude to duties. Threadbare furniture. No computer access ports.
“We arrived at the Mariners Boathouse Resort on 12/19/2008 and we were told that the hot tub/spa was closed due to a Florida law that went into effect that very same day. We asked when it would reopen and were told that it would not be available for our stay. The resort is managed by Vacation Resorts International who also manages the Caribbean Resort next door. We went to inspect the Caribbean Resort and they had a lovely working hot tub/spa. We asked the staff of the Caribbean if we could use the spa, as we were paying guests at the Mariner's Boathouse next door, and were told that their liability did not allow it. I feel that anybody who is contemplating a stay at the Mariner's Boathouse in 2009 should look elsewhere.”
