“The room was gross. The shower curtain had mildew. The room reeked. The beds were dirty. The TV didn't work well. It would get blurry every time you took a step on the floor. I will never stay here again.”

• Each motel room accessed from outdoors, rooms in serious need of updates.

“This Ramada is located close to the CLE airport, but is definitely nothing special. If there were a 1.5 star rating, it would apply.”

• Friendly clean environment that was safe.
• The people from the other countries that I could barely understand.

• Very clean and newly remodeled with helpful manager.
• It's an old motel remodeled so has outside room access.

“Some people might like the "park at your door" access of older motels but as a woman traveling alone I prefer an indoor hallway for room access. The place was newly remodeled and the furniture and decor are all new and spotlessly clean but the rooms are small and walls are thin.”

• The decor in the room was very nice and more modern than expected it provided us with the perfect atmosphere for an overnight.
• The room was clean and paper wrapped around the toilet seat that said it had been sanitized but when the seat was lifted there was blood underneath.

“What I expected except for one minor flaw.”

• Good value for the money we paid.
• It was clear that the door had recently been kicked in and the door frame was still seriously damaged.

“If I had been traveling alone I wouldn't have been happy with my room as it was located on an exterior corridor which was accessible to the public. Combined with this the door frame was much damaged. The attempt at a patch up must have been for appearances sake alone as the door was not properly secure and plainly the door frame needed to be replaced. It was unfortunate as, aside from the room we ended up with, the hotel itself would have been fine for the money we paid.”

• Convenient location.
• Old rooms, furniture, poor room layout, so-so staff.

“Very little attention from the desk clerk, old rooms, old furniture. Bad layout. Difficulty fitting between the bed and the chair by the desk. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Long curtains for a high, short window. Curtains blocked the air flow from the heater. Not one of my better travel experiences.”

• Rooms were updated and clean and lobby was nice.
• Bed was little uncomfortable.

“The room was newly remodeled and clean. The wireless internet connection was very useful. Some may be turned off by the outdoor room entry, but it wasn't a big deal. The bed was a bit on the hard side but other than that everything was great. Breakfast was a notch above continental with the waffles, and the lobby was nice. I only stayed overnight, but the little interaction I had with staff was good. Great place to stay for the business traveler and for those spending a night.”

• It had WIFI.
• Motel.

“It has been very difficult to determine what type of hotel I will obtain. I usually am satisfied with a level 2 room which is usually like Hampton Inns or Fairfield Inns. This was an old motel with doors opening to the street. This should have been a level 1. It has been frustrating to expect a certain level of hotel and then be disappointed with a subpart one.”
