• The staff very helpful.
• Pool not heated. But survival.

“This hotel was nice, clean rooms, and pleasant staff. When I checked in my room there was a courtesy letter from the manager saying there are glad I made it safe and if any question to contact them personally.”

• Location handy to ballpark and airport.
• Barking dog in parking lot,, loud voices passing by room.

“For a one night stay, just for the purpose of sleeping and close to the area I wanted, it was fine, they had repainted and upgraded some parts of the room but bathroom renovation was shoddy, fan shuddered, paint plattered, I had to unplug refrigerator due to its noise. Check in was good, continental breakfast was good, convenient location was good.”

• Convent location.
• Pool water was like ice.

“This hotel met my expectations. The price was right. It was clean, good location. It fit my needs. And I would stay there again. The new restaurant out front - Ozzie's - huge plus. Huge!”

• Easy nothing.
• Just put it this way, I stayed 2 nights and got charged 3 nights.

“I reserved in advance and when I got there they cancelled my reservation.”

• I have nothing positive about my stay at this hotel.
• The beds were poor, and the floor was soaked in the first room I received.

“The hotel I stayed at had very poor review. The bed fell through in the first room and when I went to investigate, I found the floor saturated. The rooms were kept very hot and muggy. I will not use this hotel ever again and I travel to Ft Myers frequently. I was disappointed in the whole affair.”

• Unsafe.

“Price was right, but felt unsafe with extension cords coming out of many rooms and pal frying meat on hot plates, on right outside our door; we almost stepped in it going out. People were yelling at 5:30 every morning, we witnessed a fight next to our room, they don't rent to quality people I can assure you. We had a hard time getting housekeeping to understand us, they don't speak English. We aren't difficult travelers so we made the best of it without complaining, but will never return and do not recommend it. If you have kids, stay away.”

• There was not much that I liked about the hotel.
• It said it had internet access but it was down the whole time.

“The hotel was horrid. There were holes in the walls; the water pressure was terrible as was the hot water. We chose this hotel because it had internet access but that was down the whole time we were there. I guess the rooms were clean, the building was not. The pool looks more like a retention pond. The maid let us in our room because our keys were not working which was nice, except that she did not ask for any form of I'd. She just let us in. We could have gotten in any room we wanted or any one else could have gotten in ours. Honestly if we had not have paid for our room I am not sure we would have stayed there and we should have asked for our money back.”

• Noisy, smoking, sink ready to fall off-color on TV., mattress.

“This was an awful experience! Cont. Breakfast was 2 kinds of packaged sweet cakes, juice in packages, & coffee. The mattress didn't fit the bed.”
