• Clean, friendly staff, hot tub, workout area, close to food & highway.
• No free breakfast.

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and hot tub plus convenient workout area. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was very convenient for shopping, dining and close to a Metropark.”

• Location, close to restaurants and stores, inviting.
• Breakfast cost. Pantry good idea but pricey.

“After a whole day at meetings it was great to come to a clean and well kept place. quite but inviting. Felt safe.”

• The staff was really nice.
• The heat was hard to regulate and the unit was really loud.

“This is a great place for the basics. There was internet service, a fantastic lobby, and the staff was really helpful. I wish that the shuttle was more flexible, as we were attending a wedding one mile away and the shuttle would not take us there. The shuttle is only for restaurants, so we had to call a taxi. Other than that, the location was perfect - right across the street from a huge mall. There were also restaurants all over the place, within walking distance.”

• Does not pay much attention to the needs of the consumer.

“This hotel was not one of my more favorable travelling experiences. There was not an iron in the room and after requesting one, it was not delivered and I spent the entire weekend without one. Secondly, houskeeping refused to clean my room after thr first night due to the fact that I was unable ot leave as quickly as she desired I leave. Therefore, I was in an unclean room for the weekend. Again, not nearly the most favorable of my many stays at the Marriott.”

• Free airport shuttle and free internet.
• Didn't have a free breakfast buffet.

“Having an airport shuttle was nice. The room was fine, except that the light bulb in the bathroom was burned out.”

• The hotel was clean with courteous staff.
• A little too far from the airport, wish breakfast was included.

“I only wish breakfast was included. The furniture in the rooms could probably be updated also (flat panel TVs).”

• The Asian decor was beautiful, good location.
• You could hear the person in the next room just talking, very noisy.

“The Marriott Courtyard in North Olmsted was located to a major highway. It also had numerous restaurants and a very nice shopping mall nearby. The king-size bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Hotel offered a full-breakfast buffet.”

• Nice pool/hot tub area, outside nice picnic area.
• Liked all.

“Good service with a smile, I would return. Rocky River Metro Park about 1 mile away, good walking, running, hiking trails.”

• Room and halls were quite even with party of children down hall.
• The echo in the pool area.

“This hotel was very nice and easy to find. Convenient to interstate, shopping mall, and many food choices. The area was well kept lending to the probability that the area was safe. The room was very quite which was wonderful, you couldn't even hear noises in the hall.”

• The room was fantastic-super comfortable with huge screen HD TV.
• The bathroom was a little small but so what.

“It was classy and chic yet comfortable. We could have stayed in our hotel all day and enjoyed it but was incredibly close to a wonderful running path around a lake plus a super shopping mall. Tons of great restaurants close by.”

• Everything worked. People were great. Breakfast was fabulous.
• No negatives whatsoever.

• Rooms were not real clean, didn't like the way the buffet worked at this Courtyard.

“I have stayed at much nicer Courtyards, if it wasn't for the wonderful price I got it for I would have been more unhappy. Person @ the breakfast buffet has to cook the waffles and eggs, so you have to wait for everything. Room was not real clean, hair in shower, dried food on the light and desk, ick!”

• No fridge, broken cable TV, broken ice machine, broken elevator.

“Couldn't get the weather channel to work. This is a problem when driving across country. That was good and the area that the hotel was in felt safe.”

• Close to interstate, restaurants and Wal-Mart.
• TV stations designed for men. Too many sports and news channels.

“The bathroom is designed for men. Way too dark in the shower. Females shave legs in shower. It was too dark to see to shave. TV stations all for men. Try adding nick, lifetime, or a couple more movie stations. TNT and TBS often have violent movies or sports on the weekends. Women do travel also, and want something other than sports and violence to watch.”

• Duvet covers large room guest laundry very friendly great shuttle service.
• Pay per movie was $12.
