• Good location and very clean. Very comfortable beds and rooms.

• Convenient location.
• Rooms were not real clean, didn't like the way the buffet worked at this Courtyard.

“I have stayed at much nicer Courtyards, if it wasn't for the wonderful price I got it for I would have been more unhappy. Person @ the breakfast buffet has to cook the waffles and eggs, so you have to wait for everything. Room was not real clean, hair in shower, dried food on the light and desk, ick!”

• No fridge, broken cable TV, broken ice machine, broken elevator.

“Couldn't get the weather channel to work. This is a problem when driving across country. That was good and the area that the hotel was in felt safe.”

• Close to interstate, restaurants and Wal-Mart.
• TV stations designed for men. Too many sports and news channels.

“The bathroom is designed for men. Way too dark in the shower. Females shave legs in shower. It was too dark to see to shave. TV stations all for men. Try adding nick, lifetime, or a couple more movie stations. TNT and TBS often have violent movies or sports on the weekends. Women do travel also, and want something other than sports and violence to watch.”

• Duvet covers large room guest laundry very friendly great shuttle service.
• Pay per movie was $12.

“Extremely relaxing and friendly shuttle will take you to Wal-Mart across the street or the mall not far away. Nice restaurant next door.”

• The bed was soft and the pillows were comfortable.
• Tiny room and small vanity, no microwave or fridge, so not convenient.

“While it was a good value for the length of our trip (four days), any longer would have been too much without a fridge or microwave. It was also much smaller than expected and sort of old, with no wireless internet, or even a fan/blower in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and very soft, and plenty of pillows were provided, but the vanity was tiny and there was almost not enough room to turn around, especially with two people trying to get at the mirror and in or out of the bathroom at the same time.”

• Loved the location loved the room the bed was excellent best night sleep in a hotel ever.
• Nothing enjoyed the stay would say there again in a minute.

• Willingness of staff to accommodate our requests.
• Air conditioning unit was a little noisy.

“We stayed at this hotel for a local sporting event. The staff took us to the airport to catch the Metro and picked us up from the airport after the game. The willingness they showed to accommodate us was beyond expectation.”

• Good location to access all downtown attractions.

“Upon check-in to our room the a/c was not cooling. Since I have MS and (desperately!) need my room to be cool, we contacted the front desk. W/in minutes they cheerfully moved us to a new room w/a working a/c. Also, the staff was more than happy to call ahead to the rock hall of fame to reserve a wheelchair for me, which was greatly appreciated. The staff at this hotel was excellent and deserves our sincerest thanks and praise. Their efforts made our stay in Cleveland very enjoyable and we would definitely choose this hotel again.”

• Air conditioning did not work in first room.

“Hotel was clean, but air conditioner did not work in first room. Informed us they were booked up, and then called us 5 minutes later to change us to another room. They did upgrade our room at no cost for our troubles.”

“The hotel was just as I expected. The staff went out of their way to help me with returning my rental car and getting to the airport in the morning, especially since local construction made that quite confusing. This was a very good hotel, especially for the money.”
