• Easily the most comfortable bed I've ever had in any hotel.

“Very conveniently located with several dining options adjacent to the hotel. The room was far from luxurious, but it was spotlessly clean and everything worked. The bed was far more comfortable. The kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, silverware, and cooking utensils is perfect for someone staying a few days or more who doesn't want to dine out every night.”

• The staff.
• Horrible sofa bed. No padding over the springs. Could not sleep on it.

“I was traveling with a business partner and needed 2 beds. Attempted to use the sofa bed and discovered there were springs and a pretty blue cover over the springs. No padding.”

• Poor quality of continental breakfast.

• House keeping went above and beyond what I expected.
• Out side sign was small and hard to see.

“Every thing was very nice. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. We needed a late check out and they accommodated us with no problem. And it turned out to be the best hotel stay I ever had.”

• It was an unexpected surprise to find a fully equipped kitchen in the room.
• Only one bed for a suite. My friend had to sleep on the pull out couch.

“I thought a suite would have two beds and a couple of pull out couches. Maybe a door in between suites. This was one room with one bed and one pull out couch. However, it was an unexpected surprise to find a fully equipped kitchen in the room as well. The front desk was not what I was used to. It was a business office and I thought I was in the wrong area of the hotel for check in. It was different, but totally clean and worth the price.”

• Staff was friendly and room was more than I expected.
• They do not change sheets everyday and bedding looked wrinkled and messy.

“The hotel was rated I believe two and a half stars and I feel it lived up to that and more. It had a small efficiency kitchen a very comfortable bed. It was up to date. It was all I needed and then some.”

• Large rooms, great beds, very clean, nice breakfast.
• No indoor pool.

“Stayed here for business, it is an extended stay hotel with all the comforts of a three star hotel. I was very impressed and will be staying here again. Because it is an extended stay the rooms are huge with full size bathrooms, and a large full kitchen.”

• The offer printed on the key card; get $10 worth of game play free when you buy $10 at Dave busters.
• There wasn't a single room in that hotel that was smoker friendly.

“Good location, very near to an interstate that was a main artery between Westlake and Cleveland. Services offered were great.”

• Full kitchen, great bed, attractive grounds and lobby, great staff.
• Microwave oven was slightly dirty.

“Best extended stay hotel I've ever stayed in. My only experience with Marriott Towne Place properties so this may be an exceptionally good one but I'd even pay full price to stay at this one. Great bed. Full kitchen even has dishwasher and regular oven (we baked a pizza).”

• The convenience of a kitchenette, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, continental breakfast.
• I can't think of anything bad.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Cleveland area. It was easy access to major highways and there were several restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The location was really good, making me safe and secure as a solo traveler. The room was excellent with a romantic decor lending to a cozy atmosphere. I was very pleased with accommodations.”

• Cozy room, good water pressure in shower.
• What's not to like?

“This is exactly what it claims to be: a suite hotel for budget travel. The room was clean and comfortable; the small kitchen stocked with all you need. The bathroom was adequate, with a shower that actually puts out water. All in all, a good choice.”

“Carpet not attached to floor and tacks exposed, they "fixed" it and it needed fixed again by the next day. Hotel allows dogs, no control of dogs, running loose in parking lot and halls, barking late at night.”

“This Town place Suite provides comfortable efficiency-type rooms, studios. It is clean, pleasant, and comfortable, and the people are friendly and efficient. It's not plush, but is just fine for our purposes.”

• Clean close to downtown.
• Staff was very rude at the desk.

“Nice place to stay. Clean. The shower was very good. They put us in a smoking room with no price break. The room smelled of smoke and the woman at the desk was not friendly. I told her as well. I would go back at a lower price. They should have lowered the cost of the room because of the smoke. That is how I operate my business make the customer happy at all costs. I would like to hear from someone at the Marriot group. I doubt I will but I hope you convey my thoughts to them please.”
