• Room was ready even though we arrive about an hour early.
• Cafe is overpriced for what's offered for breakfast.

“This is a pleasant hotel, located on the west side of Cleveland. Good location right off the expressway. Easy to get in and out. For the price it's only negative is the cafe which is overpriced for it's offering in the morning.”

“Again, room was dirty, sheets still felt wet like they didn't get them dry when they put them on the bed. No WiFi access is also a disappointment. Only WiFi in the lobby. Have to plug into hard line in the room. I wouldn't go back here.”

• I thought the rooms looked clean and the bedding was very elegant.
• The exercise room could be updated with more modern equipment.

“I think that overall it is a very nice hotel. I would love to stay there again if I was ever in the area. Great little get-away from the hospital that my husband had surgery.”

• The decor in both the public spaces and the rooms.
• The hotel was sold out for the next night so we could not get a late checkout beyond 1 p.m.

“The staff was helpful and friendly, and the public space was neat and clean, as was our room. It was nice to have a refrigerator already in the room so that we could keep our leftovers from the restaurant we visited. I would recommend this hotel to others.”

• Business center computer poor working ordure.

“Clicked on for second night stay at same price and was charged more than double the first night. I will never make this mistake again. This was my error, however I have yet to get the second night at the same price before after several attempts.”

• Computer for business traveler was not in good working order.

“I will stay there next time I a.m. in that area. I was close to the hotel elevator and there was no noticeable noise. It was quiet and comfortable.”

• The room was top notch quality and decoration, free internet, friendly staff.
• Maids came knocking too early, and room smelled like a man when I checked in, bathroom didn't smell clean.

“My expectations were far exceeded when I walked in, the hotel looked high class, very neat and clean, I loved the colors and furniture decorations, They had a pool and workout room and free internet, free tea and coffee and fruit. People were friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for anything more. I would definitely stay here again.”

• cigarette smell and ants in room.

“Overall we had a great time, front desk was especially helpful. Would go back to this location without hesitating. Room was nice except for nasty cigarette smell, however, front desk offered us another room. A nice continental breakfast would have been the icing on the cake!”

“The hotel is at a good location for traveling nearby. Has a fridge and can store food. Movies are quite expensive though in room.”

“I just stayed 1 night and booked here because of the location. I didn't use any of the facilities but everything was clean and the staff was friendly.”

• The beds, hot tub and chef.
• Not being upfront about the daily paper.

“I would highly recommend staying here. It is great for the money and very close to Cleveland and great local restaurants and taverns. The staff is very friendly and courteous and the chef making your food to order was perfect. The beds you melt in and the indoor hot tub and pool is great for all ages.”

• Mattress was comfortable and temperature control easy and quiet.
• I would have liked a small kitchenette and queen bed. I also dislike the sink outside the bath area.

“The room was comfortable, but a bit worn and outdated. It was convenient for where I needed to be. However, staying 4 nights, I would have liked a small kitchenette.”
