• Very clean interior and beautiful backyard exterior.
• Management staff never greeted us when passing by, ever.

• Marriott's Courtyard consistent in expectation for this type of hotel.

• The reasons that I liked the hotel was location, clean, and the service was very good.
• We were there during a youth soccer convention and the children were simply rude.

“I would recommend this hotel and would stay again because of the location which is right in front of I90 close to shopping, eating as well as the appearance of the room. Clean comfortable.”

• Location was convenient.
• Room was infested with ants.

“The hotel was average at best. After a couple of hours, we found out that our room was infested with ants. The hotel transferred us to another room, that was only partially equipped. No ice bucket or glasses among other things. I went down to get an ice bucket and they didn't have one with a lid. It seemed really bush league. I really expected a bit more from a Courtyard.”

• Only had king size beds left so one of us had to sleep on the pull out which was not very good.

• Comfortable room and bed. Pool was great. Close to highway and restaurants.
• Nothing!

• Room was ready even though we arrive about an hour early.
• Cafe is overpriced for what's offered for breakfast.

“This is a pleasant hotel, located on the west side of Cleveland. Good location right off the expressway. Easy to get in and out. For the price it's only negative is the cafe which is overpriced for it's offering in the morning.”

• Spaceous room and comfortable bed. I appreciate the small fridge.
• Maybe in-house affordable dining? I don't remember it being there.

“Hotel needs to remodel rooms. Bedding is inferior to those found under the same hotel brand just minutes away. It is time to replace old TV with Flat screens.”

“Again, room was dirty, sheets still felt wet like they didn't get them dry when they put them on the bed. No WiFi access is also a disappointment. Only WiFi in the lobby. Have to plug into hard line in the room. I wouldn't go back here.”

• I thought the rooms looked clean and the bedding was very elegant.
• The exercise room could be updated with more modern equipment.

“I think that overall it is a very nice hotel. I would love to stay there again if I was ever in the area. Great little get-away from the hospital that my husband had surgery.”

• The decor in both the public spaces and the rooms.
• The hotel was sold out for the next night so we could not get a late checkout beyond 1 p.m.

“The staff was helpful and friendly, and the public space was neat and clean, as was our room. It was nice to have a refrigerator already in the room so that we could keep our leftovers from the restaurant we visited. I would recommend this hotel to others.”
