• Ease of location, nice free breakfast, staff was helpful in directions to local sights.
• Disappointed in television. I don't sleep well nights and only minimal stations available I am use to more - had HBO but not interested in it.

• Easy access to west Cleveland suburbs and easy access to i90 to downtown.
• Outside room entrance.

“Lowest cost room available in an upscale neighborhood in Westlake. Many nice restaurants close by. Friendly staff. Great stay for people that just need a clean room to sleep and don't consider a hotel as a "destination".”

• This hotel is convenient to Cleveland, but not in the city.
• The room was somewhat dirty, cobwebs and the tub was dirty.

“This hotel is convenient to Cleveland without staying in the city. The room was somewhat dirty, cobwebs and the bathtub looked dirty. I think this hotel would be more ideal for a business traveler staying one night rather than a family staying for several days.”

• Easy in and out. Nice staff.
• Not sure if it was/wasn't in the application, but we got a smoking room. It was awful and really bothered the kids.

• The location was good for our trip.
• Refused to clean room, very uncooperative about problem.

“The hotel staff was difficult. When they showed up to clean the room at 2:30, we asked she come back, and the maid refused. The desk clerk didn't care about the problem, the manager was equally unfriendly, combative, and was completely unable to do anything to help us. The room was not that clean to begin with. I will never stay at a super 8 again.”

• For a late night arrival and get up and leave it was perfect.
• If we were staying for a longer period, we would need a pool.

“It has a drive-thru check in which, if my husband would not have been with us, I was much more comfortable with, than having to leave the children (11,8,3) sleeping and locked in the car or wake them at 2AM to take them in the hotel. The coffee could have had a better flavor but for that quick get up and go to get on with the trip, it was great!”
