• It was clean enough, except that, during the three day stay, nobody ever cleaned the room.
• No one ever cleaned the room. I had to request towels.

• Courteous, pleasant.
• Eggs could have been fresh, soap in baths replaced more often.

“Traveled with three men of one family. Clean and neat. Used hot tub, area not overcrowded, would recommend and would be glad to stay there again.”

• Very clean, comfortable suite, the best for the price.
• Pipes under sink were leaking, cleaning staff couldnt understand English.

“I would stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat. It was absolutely fabulous. I have a 10 month old and it means to have a lot of clean safe areas for him to crawl. Clean pool and spa. Great customer service at counter.
I stayed at other hotels during trip and all others were trash next to this place.”

“I felt like the hotel worked with us. I asked for a ground floor room when I arrived and they accommodated us. If course this was in August and not October to May.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The room was not the cleanest I'd ever been in, but not too bad.

• Horrible. A ramshackle dump.

“I know two-star hotels aren't the greatest, but this was awful. Everything was dirty and rundown. Best of all, no internet on the second floor. The front desk told me I needed an Ethernet cable but, sorry, there were none available. The truth is, there was nowhere in my room to plug in an Ethernet cable, so this must be the standard line they give everyone on the second floor. I thought Best Westerns were decent. This one must be the bottom of the barrel.”

• Paperwork was almost entirely eliminated due to prepayment.
• We misplaced our room key and after giving our room number, a new key was immediately cut; however, we gave wrong room #, so we got into someone elses.

“A very pleasant staff checked us in efficiently and we were in our room within 10 minutes of arriving. Room was clean, mattresses were new, and all amenities one would expect were available and in good working condition. For a reasonable price, we had a pleasant and comfortable night and were able to enjoy a full breakfast in the morning at no additional cost. Assistance was readily available if we wanted it but if we didn't want it, there was no intrusion into our privacy. I would recommend this hotel to others.”

• Was close to where we needed to be.
• No maid service for one day internet down.

“Room was clean initially. We had no maid service from the time we checked in until the second day we were there (48 hours). We were out of towels and had to request at desk at start of third day to please clean room. We got fresh towels but the beds were not even made. Also the wireless internet was down. I believe they might have been trying to fix it but it was down the entire 3 days of our stay. This was one of the reasons we selected this hotel so that pretty much ed. I was not all that pleased with my experience.”

• Exceptionally clean, friendly staff, very nice room with amenities and excellent value.
• Not a thing!

“I would recommend this best western to anyone who travels and looks for a very clean place with a friendly staff. The price value was excellent with all amenities that travelers appreciate. The excellent free breakfast was a surprise. It was a one experience!”

• Chocolate chip cookies in the lobby in the evening.
• There were no sheets on one of the beds and the toilet was broke.

• Room came with small kitchen, living room area and walled off to sleeping area. Nice and big.
• Elevator carpet was very dirty.

• Could not believe the value! Maybe best hotel I have ever seen!
• The computer kept malfunctioning and try as they might have to fix it.

“Wonderful hotel that I found a bit hard to get to but once you did well worth the stay. I would consider just going to Ft. Myers again solely to stay here. Great view of a fountain out of my window- rooms were spacious and had everything- loved the mirrors and even a kitchen, fitness room, free breakfast, and more! Could go on and on!”

• A clean room was offered in place of the first room we had been given.
• The first room we had smelled because the trash was not emptied.

• Large room and
  good housekeeping.
• Fire alarm in room kept beeping so you could sleep at night.

“Okay. Poor maintenance unable to sleep fire alarm kept beeping took two nights to get it fixed was very tired for about three day missed out on sight seeing.”
