• Friendly and helpful employees and spacious rooms.
• There is nothing I didn't like. Highly recommend the Hyatt.

• The computer center, breakfast service.

“The hotel has excellent service and is in a safe location. The price of the hotel is a great deal and includes use of the internet and computer, free parking, and the rooms are very spacious. The only negative comment is that the rooms could be a little more updated and there was slight mold around the tub area. The mold is difficult to remove because this area is very humid. The rooms were very clean and the staff is extremely helpful.”

• Desk clerk Brenda was the nicest and most helpful I've met.
• Nothing.

“This place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful beyond description. Would stay there again in a second. Will seek out Hyatt from here out.”

• Very nice accommodations; very spacious room.
• The morning breakfast staff was pushing us out of the lobby too early; felt unwelcome.

• I love the modern feel of the decor and plasma TV.
• The air conditioner was so loud, it was hard to sleep.

“Second time we've stayed there, would stay there again if we needed to go back to that location for business or pleasure. I did not remember air conditioning being so loud on our first trip there, told the hotel they said they'd send maintenance up the next morning to check on it. Was still just as loud later when we returned. However, overall experience very pleasant.”

• The Hyatt: clean, peaceful.
• No complaints about Hyatt.

“The Hyatt in Lakeland was wonderful. I would love to stay there again. Never a hassle. The front desk supervisor was great to work with.”

• The bed was more comfortable than my own home bed and my home bed is comfortable!
• There was no microwave anywhere available for guests' use.

• I liked almost everything about our hotel and room.
• The bath tub did not drain like it was suppose to. Had to wait for tub to drain for others to be able to shower.

“To be totally honest, this hotel was very nice and the employee's were very nice as well. I will recommend my friends and family to stay at the Hyatt when they are in Lakeland.”

• The room was great, very comfortable and spacious.
• Just finishing renovations so dirty lobby and staff not very professional.

“Once the renovations are complete and the staff has finished training, this will probably be a very nice facility. Probably a four star. My room phones didn't work, and when the staff was told about it, it didn't really seem to matter.”
