• Every staff member spoke when we saw them.
• The outdoor pool was dirty.

• Great for business travel with easy internet access, desk, etc.
• It is not the safest area (have had people walk up at night and ask for money in the past).

• I have been approached by people asking for money in the parking lot on previous trips.

“I really like this hotel even though it is not the most convenient hotel to my workplace when I am in the area. I actually like this better than the 3 star Radisson Hotel nearby.”

• The entrance and exit is confusing.

“I enjoyed my stay and felt very safe here. As a single woman, safety is high on my list. The card entry from outside after hours reassured me. I would stay again.”

• Clean, excellent overall appearance and excellent value.
• Near the highway, this can be good or bad. Not an issue for me.

• The location was convenient for our trip, plus had local restaurants nearby.
• Cleanliness of the room was substandard. From trash left in the room, stains on furniture, smell of smoke, black grit on tub.

“This would be adequate if it were a super 8. It is a far cry from what I expect from Marriott.”

• Electricity was out due to storm, emergency hall lights did not operate.

“Was told room electricity would be ok due to being operated by generator but several lights, TV and internet connection did not work for several hours.”

• Good price; great for business travelers.
• On many occasions at this hotel, I have been approached by people for money (security issue).

“I like courtyard properties and this is great for business travelers. A few security issues as noted above, but that is my only complaint with this hotel.”

• Ac did not have thermostat - stayed on all the time.
