Hotel staff were friendly on the late shift and gave us extra pillows when asked.
Cleanliness of room, price was too high for cleanliness.

“The hotel appeared to be nice outside but the rooms needed a lot more attention especially for the price and standards that we expect from best western.”

It was convenient to where I was going. Friendly staff.
I asked for a non-smoking room, but the room they put me in definitely had smokers in it. It smelled bad, and my bed clothes smelled like cigarettes.

“It's of fair quality. Nothing special. The good thing is that there are refrigerators, microwaves and coffee makers in the room. Also, hair dryers and ironing boards and irons. That was good. The sheets were too small for the bed and pulled out. The sheets were of very poor quality. The towels were very poor quality.”
