• This hotel was horrible. Dirty and down right disgusting

“Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were disgusting; the smelled bad and were just completely gross. Would not even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.”

• The clerk that checked us in returned our money when we complained and wanted to check out.
• Hotel was Nasty and smelly.

“I should have trusted my instinct when I walked into the lobby and it had a bad odor, but I didn't. After we checked in, we were put into the very back of the hotel where you didn't have a good view of anything worth looking at. We had two double rooms that adjoined. The door between the rooms was broken. In one of the rooms, the a/c unit was broken and not working. In my room we had an ironing board but not an iron, vice versa for the other room. And to make things even worse, I looked around and a roach was crawling on the wall. Carpet was very dirty. Needless to say, we were not happy and checked out within 10 minutes of checking into the hotel...”

• The staff was courteous.
• The overall cleanliness was fair; a large cockroach was near the elevator when I used it.

“This is an older building much in need of fixing and they are in the process of remodeling, so things will eventually be improved. But it didn't have a clean feel to it and we saw a large cockroach outside near the elevator. Even though our room was a "non-smoking room" there was a stale tobacco smell about it. Also our toilet overflowed while we were there. Overall, I was disappointed in the quality, though the staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was adequate.”

• The location was very convenient.
• high speed Internet was only in the lobby and restaurant.

“The hot breakfast that was advertised was very disappointing the hot items were: toast, bagel, or instant oatmeal. The staff were very nice and friendly. Our room was very loud, from outside noises at 1 am.”

• The check in clerk was very pleasant at 11 pm.
• the hotel room was filthy, the smoke detector was hanging from the wall. Gross!!! not worth the money spent.

“The hotel was very hard to find. Hidden off the normal road. The room was filthy. The alarm clock would not stay on despite resetting the time. My 9 year old did not even want to stay here because it was so dirty. She could not even sleep.”
