“I could not give this hotel a star rating because it does not deserve one. And would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will never stay at another Howard Johnson hotel again.”

“This hotel was the most disgusting I have ever seen. The entire building was in a state of disrepair. The door barely opened to the room because the carpet was peeling up. The room stank like a lovely mixture of urine and smoke (although it was supposed to be non-smoking there was an ashtray by the bed). There were layers upon layers of peeling paint on the walls and window (which also barely opened to release the stink). The bathroom was horrendous. The tiles on the floor were cracked and shifted under my feet. The tub was chipped and the shower head had some mysterious gunk on it. The faucet stuck an inch out of the wall on bare pipe. There were cobwebs on the sagging ceilings and in the corners. They just offered me a new room. We left as soon as we had enough sleep (on top of the covers, mind you) to safely drive again.”

“The hotel is a very worn-out facility located immediately next to two major intersections which create much noise form the 18 wheeler trucks. It had frayed and sagging window curtains, torn shower curtains, and worn out, skimpy towels. I gave a 24 hour notice to depart and was told they could not let me out of my 4 day stay. I left the next day anyway. I was charged for the full 4 days anyway.”

“This hotel was old and the facility was not kept up well. Sheets did not fit bed-came off as soon as I laid down. I stayed 2 nights and there was no housekeeping. No bath-size towels. ”
