“This place is a dump. No wig fey at all. When I asked no one could explain why. No manager on duty. They advertise wig fey but it is a joke. The room was very old looking. The carpet was dirty. It needs an update. The break fast was empty by 9:00, when I asked the front desk, the young girl replied that they do not have a regular person that takes care of refilling when it's empty. No one was even their too empty trash in breakfast room it was completely full. No food in buffet. On the way passing back to my room I over heard employees talking about how the manager there is a jerk and that they do not get regular pay rise with no benefits. Employees sounded frustrated with the manager. When I went to checkout the young girl was in the back office on the phone. I had to wait at least 10 minutes before she came out to the front. Some one from higher up with comfort inn needs to have a serious talk with management at this property. I would never stay here again.”

“Upon entering room could see it was very dusty. Went to turn on TV to find remote didn't have a battery. Tried to adjust temperature in room without much success. Although room had a couch you couldn't sit on it to watch TV as it was on same wall. There was a table with only one chair so we couldn't sit down to eats together. Couldn't close curtains without having a crack that someone could see through. Room was stuffy. Was not a room where you felt cozy?”

“This hotel is dingy and dark. No overhead lighting in rooms. Plenty of lamps but low wattage bulbs. Blackout curtains with no sheers make it impossible to get natural light and maintain privacy - especially important for women traveling alone. Moldy shower curtain Free popcorn - place smells like a movie theater. Many rooms are upstairs. No elevator - guests expected to haul luggage up long flight of steps without offer of help. Breakfast served but no food left at 9 am - when I asked for bread to make toast, employee brought some but obviously resented having to do so. Important item, which may have looked like trash to cleaner, missing from room. Reported to front desk - no manager on site to deal with issue and told me over phone he could not deal with it until next day, after I had to check out. I filed a police report. Assume it had been discarded by mistake, and would have appreciated having someone check the trash before it was hauled away. This cost me a couple of hundred bucks. Left early, with no refund. This place is no bargain. It was an awful experience. I would expect a greater degree of quality control from Comfort Inn - I travel regularly on business and have stayed at other Comfort Inn properties which were much nicer than this one.”
