• Hotel was better than expected compared to other Holiday Inn's.
• Pillows were not very good.

“Fast check in, pretty fast check out. We weren't there very long, just a few hours to sleep but it looked cleaner and nicer than other Holiday Inn's I have stayed at. The beds and pillows could be a little more comfortable.”

• Beautiful, spacious rooms that were extremely comfortable.
• Location was difficult to get to because of busy intersection.

“ My family and I were traveling from Mississippi to Washington, DC and stayed at Holiday Inn and Suites in Bristol, VA. The lobby and rooms were very nice. There was a restaurant and although we didn't eat there it also looked very nice. The staff was very friendly as well. We would definitely stay there again.

“Not a thing worked in this hotel 1 elevator was out, TV had lines down the middle. Locals met and partied on the 6th floor Saturday night.”

• Nice appearance, good public spaces and friendly staff.
• Room is too noisy.

“Nicely designed motel, very convenient to I81. Unfortunately, the air conditioning is very loud - loud enough to wake my normally deep-sleeping wife. If you do not need the AC you may be satisfied with the room for the price. There is low volume road noise from I81. This is probably tolerable for most travelers.”

“Good overall hotel. Good location for shopping/dining at least for the town. Rooms were nicely appointed for the cost. Hotel staff was very helpful and delivered extras to the room on multiple occasions.”

• Close to Interstate easy access if traveling.
• Late breakfast only - small workout area.

“The hotel was easy to access. The staff was not overly friendly but did correct small problems promptly. Rooms were just adequate.”

• The staff was friendly, but not knowledgeable about their accommodations.
• Pets in the halls- children noisy late at night.

“It was in a good location, but staff (which were young) sent us to a room that wouldn't accommodate us, pets were allowed, beds were very hard. Waited at least 15 minutes to get on elevator to check out due to only one out of three working. Many guests were upset about this. The experience had the feel of a super 8 type hotel.”

• My wallet fell out of my purse in the restaurant. We received a call from the dining room immediately. The staff was friendly, the pillows wonderful.

“I would definitely want to stay at this hotel again.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• The rooms/bathrooms need to be updated.

“The room was a non-smoking room but the whole floor including the room clearly used to be smoking as it still smelled. The bathroom needs updated (the tiles in the shower and on the floor), the bedspreads and curtains are very outdated.”

“This hotel/conference center is immediately off I-81. It is an attractive property with all amenities. Choose their restaurant or walk to any of about 10. I would hope to stay here again.”

• Clean and modern, super comfy beds.
• The location was a little bit off the beaten path and the fitness center left something to be desired.

“The hotel was very clean and extremely comfortable. Their fitness center could stand to have some improvement, but otherwise it was a great hotel!”
