• Location.
• Dirty, not safe for families, noisy, value of lodging.

“I had requested the "2 room suite" and was told over the phone that it was a non-smoking room. We arrived around 8:00pm and walked into a hot room that was indeed a smoking room. The parking lot and pool area was filled with drunk and loud teens and young adults. My family was hungry, so we decided to turn on the a/c's to cool the rooms down. We returned 2 hours later to find that one a/c was not cooling. I called the office to let them know that we could not stay in the room maintenance was not able to come fix the problem. The windows could be opened, but the traffic noise is unbearable. A gas station across the street must have been sponsoring a "boom box" competition until 2:30am. I went to the office to resolve the problem and let them know that I would be leaving within the hour enough time to make a reservation at another hotel. I was informed that I would still be charged a "day rate" even though I had only been in the room for two hours. It was late and the family wanted to just go to sleep. They had decided to only charge me for a one room rate because of the inoperable a/c in the other room. We didn't get any sleep drunks were running up and down the balcony, cursing and playing with air soft rifles until almost 3:00am. As we left the room I noticed a stain on the mattress. When I pulled back the sheets both beds (box spring and mattress) had "s". This is an indication of a bed bug infestation. All trash cans outside were full to overflowing. The location of this hotel is not on the best side of town. My wife and three children could not leave the room for fear of their safety. Traffic is a problem as is the noise. It shares its parking lot with a waffle house or something similar and it's had to distinguish who the hotel guests are. Stay clear of this hotel. .”

• Room rate and cleanliness of room.
• Traffic noise.

“I read some of the past reviews from this site before I booked our room. I thought I was going to have some issues when I arrived. But I was pleasantly surprised by the way the employees went out of their way to help . Rooms were clean. Only negative thing I could report was traffic was loud at rush hour.”

• Nothing I was expecting.
• I did not get the room that I requested, I had to take a smoking room.

“This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in, I was afraid to touch the bed. I smelled like smoke when I got dressed.”
