“Room was very dirty. Furniture was in poor condition. Mold around tub. I did not stay there - checked out five minutes after I checked in.”

• The carpets were filthy and the bathroom walls had mildew stains on the grout lines.

“The carpets were so dirty walking barefoot from the bed to the shower resulted in the water turning black.”

• It was clean and convenient.
• AC was poor. Late night noise and activity.

“This hotel was right on the line of unacceptable. Room was clean. Air conditioning barely worked. Lots of noise all night, people moving about and talking loudly. Heard very door close.”

• 2 ice machines not working, garden area unkempt.

“The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. With a little attending to the ice machines and grounds, it would have been much nicer.”

• Drug dealers and prostitutes upstairs and outside our door all night.

• It was conveniently located near the interstate.
• Parking was not close to rooms and it was loud.

“When traveling and have always been pleased until now. Not very comfortable room which was noisy with poor housekeeping to boot.”

“Re: Orlando Metropolitan Express Hotel The hotel in a good location, bit on the old side. It appeared the staff tries to keep it clean. There was an extra charge on check-out. Resort surcharge", that I was not made aware of when I checked in.”

• Easy access from Highway.
• Only 2 bath towels were given and 1 rag for 2 people.

• Nice pool area.
• Hard beds, poor TV equipment.

“It's all right if you just need a bed and aren't too worried about comfort and looks. The bed was too hard for my liking, but the place was fairly clean. The decor is from the 70s. The TV had fewer channels than advertised on the in-room card and there were no numbers on the remote, so we could only watch the pre-programmed channels. Pool area was nice though.”

“I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. It is in a terrible neighborhood with objectionable people in the area. I did not feel safe.”

• The shock of the hotels roaches is unforgettable.
• Overflowing toilets, roaches, the roach spray provided.

“The 1st room provided had an overflowing toilet (onto the rug), 2nd room provided had roaches everywhere and the front desk thought we should "Try a 3rd room w/a can of roach spray that they would provide".”

• I cant tell you anything I did like about this hotel.

• It was relatively easy to find.
• Staff lacked sufficient knowledge to answer basic questions about the hotel itself.

“The hotel was ok, and that's an overstatement. I was not expecting something grand but questionable stains (red/brown color) on the walls and mattress, and baby roaches when you opened the drawers was enough to make one sick. The bathroom was good enough. There was a continental breakfast but we didn't go. The staff lacked knowledge when it came to the booking process and allowing a different person to check in. Not satisfied at all.”

• The room smelled and was uncomfortable.

“The hotel appeared like it was falling apart. There were cracks in the room on the walls and even tile. The room smelled like spoiled milk and the TV barely worked. Breakfast was not ready when promised, I had to buy breakfast elsewhere because there was no staff and the front door was locked to breakfast area. Not a good experience at all with this hotel.”

• Everything was horrible - bathroom, room, and location.

“I did not even stay the night in the room. I paid money for nothing! Everything about this hotel was horrible. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy; the beds were as if they just made it up from someone else sleeping in it. The location did not look safe. Atrocious!”

• Right off the Interstate.
• Room smelled like smoke & dog droppings on the sidewalk.

“This was a last min reserve. I needed something right away. Everything was ok. Room smelled like smoke, dogs barking outside & people didnt clean up after they pets. In the morning I over slept and they allowed me an extra hour. When I went to thank the front desk I asked for the girl who said I could stay. She was like who wants to know, like she was wanted or something. Other than that it was an ok stay.”

• Beds were comfortable.
• Ceiling in our room was cracked and not in good condition. Wireless service was not good, couldn't connect to internet.

“Basically we were there to sleep. Rooms were ok could use a little more modernization as far as bathrooms. Internet service was not good. Continental breakfast was ok. Hotel staff was friendly. Ok hotel if you don't want to spend a lot of money!”

• There is nothing I liked about this hotel.

“This hotel was not willing to work with me for a non smoking room. There were plenty of nonsmoking rooms open when we got there at 7 p.m. I left the hotel and went to another hotel and paid their rates because they were willing to work with me.”
