• Best Holiday Inn in the country.

“ This is an awesome hotel in Ocala, FL area. Great staff, cool decor and clean comfy rooms. Doesn't get much better than this. ”

• Staff was friendly and prompt to address our issues. Free internet. Lobby was beautifully done.
• Sheets on one of the beds had a stain on it. Towels were not pool side as indicated in the room.

“ Over all we enjoyed our stay here. The outside was very well kept. The lobby was beautifully decorated and gave sense of relaxation. Our room looked nice when we walked in but it was not cooled off. It could have used a better paint job. The beds were the most comfortable we have slept on. The pool area was nice but they need to keep the pool towels out there. The book and signs in the room state the towels are pool side but found out we had to get them from the front desk after we had already been swimming. A hotel employee walking by the pool area went and got them for us.

• Had reserve parking for an event, taking other customers parking spaces.

“I have stayed at this hotel at least 6 times and have never been disappointed. I'm always happy when they accept my offer.”

• Asian flare.
• My bathroom was not clean, it made me wonder what else in the room was dirty.

“The toilet was obviously dirty, it made me wonder what else was dirty. I was very tired when I checked in and did not complain because I was leaving very early in AM. I don't want to stay at this place again”

• Very pretty clean and new, it made you feel comfortable, the color theme was very nice.
• The restaurant was horrible, short staffed and took forever just to get coffee in the morning, it kind of turned us off, food came cold after an hour.

“The restaurant was a turn off we had two small children and waited over an hour for a cold breakfast, it took over 30 minutes to get coffee, you can not do that when people are traveling, everyone was upset in that restaurant, it was unfortunate because the hotel was so nice.”

• I absolutely loved the Asian Fusion decor and the beds were very comfortable!
• Loved everything about it.

“A wonderful stay from beginning to end. The desk clerks were very courteous and quick to acknowledge me. The lobby was very inviting, the glass elevators were a very nice touch. Our room was tastefully decorated and the choice of colors was calming and relaxing. The beds were exquisite. I slept so comfortably, words can't describe it.”

• Boutique hotel, tempur pedic beds, great restaurants, trendy lobby.
• Nothing.

“Simply the best hotel to stay in Ocala. Very comfortable tempur pedic beds, beautiful and unique decor, atrium lobby, hospitable staff, clean and spacious rooms, delicious and hot made-to-order breakfast, top floor specialty SKY restaurant that serves Asian fusion, 24 hours coffee shop, SKY bar, pools & span and the list goes on and on. I have visited Ocala, Fl several times for business and this was my second stay at the Holiday inn. It is by far the best hotel in Ocala and also the best holiday Inn I have stayed in. Don't miss staying at the Holiday Inn when in Ocala. It's a true VALUE+ for your money.”

• The TV didn't work and was old.

“Great hotel! If you're in Ocala stay here! But, I left something in the hotel and the staff was like dear in headlights. I called they were confused about why I was even calling. The hotel is great but not staff.”

“This is a great place to stay if you need to be in the Ocala area. There are several restaurants and plenty of shopping within a short drive. The beds are super-comfy!”

• We really like the beds.
• It did not have a complimentary breakfast.

“This was a very nice place to stay. It was clean, friendly, and the beds were super. It was easy to locate and easy to get in and out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this area.”

• Attractive, comfortable rooms with wonderful Terper Pedic mattresses.

“This Holiday Inn was the nicest I have seen. It was far from the mold with comtemporary public spaces, but the rooms were restful, roomy, and very pleasant. It was delightful.”

• The decor was just beautiful. I was highly impressed.
• The noise in the lobby was loud at night. I kept hearing speaking over a loud speaker but it was muffled.

“The hotel was just beautiful. The lobby has got a Asian theme and the rooms follow that theme. The gym even has a little bit of an Asian comfortable look to it. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The staff in the restaurant was friendly and understanding. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.”

• Comfortable and clean. Near the interstate but secluded.
• My room was across hallway from restaurant. Somtimes noisy.

“Next time I come through I'll stay here. Didn't dine at the restaurant but everything else about the hotel was nice. Hard to find but that is why it is quiet and has a nice atmosphere.”
