• The staff was nice room, and not crowded.
• Not good restaurant available, and the rooms were small.

“The rooms were clean, the staff was nice, the beds were awesome! The sky, their so called Asian fusion restaurant, is over priced and not a good place to eat. The other place to eat had food coming out of a closet and the staff seamed disgruntled and stunk of cigarettes. The waiter came to a table adjacent to ours with food in his mouth that he took off a plate he gave to another customer. The hotel was a ok 2.5 star Holiday Inn great for meetings but not a 4 star or 3 star resort.”

• Room decor was really great and colorful.
• No darkening curtain to sleep late.

“Room was great, staff was pleasant and helpful, checked in early at 1:00, nice looking workout room didn't have time to use, also a sauna, hotel is new with 5 floors, Asian restaurant on top floor, great quiet stay.”

• Everything! The "green" atmosphere, the bed, the decor - everything!
• Slightly difficult to navigate to from the interstate, but not too bad.

“This is by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in. We were pleasantly surprised at how "green" the hotel was, how clean it was, how friendly the staff was, and how luxurious it looked in the lobby, as well as the room. The bed is wonderfully comfortable, the business center is easy to access and use, and the best part of all was how affordable it was. Overall, a fantastic hotel. We've already planned our second stay!”

• Can't think of a single thing.

“Wonderful bed! Beautiful bathroom. Towels were great, and did I mention the bed? This hotel totally changed my image of Holiday Inns. I loved it! Great decor in the common areas and in the room.”

“This hotel only open a year is a tremendous value. The pool/spa area was nicely laid out, the room, spa, sauna and pool all together. I loved the fusion style of the décor and the gators that they slipped in.”

• Poor housekeeping.

“Nice place, comfortable rooms. Love the beds. If they improve their housekeeping this would be a great hotel. Forgetting things on a daily basis is not wise when you have so many hotels in the area. How are you going to stand out from the others. Clean up your act and I might be back.”

• The lobby was comfortable. The best part was Buddy.
• We had a hard time understanding the hotel desk clerk. Her English was hard to understand.

“Considering all the hotels in the area, I would stay here again. A little hard to find at first but tucked away from the busy street where most of the hotels are located. The beds are very comfortable.”

• Food-cold restaurant-under staffed.

“We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel. The inside lobby was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. The room also exceeded our expectations. The only problem we had was at breakfast in the hotel restaurant. There were only two waitresses and they were overwhelmed with too many customers. We were there an hour and our food was cold. They took care of our food bill which was very nice; however, we were still hungry as our food was cold! The waitress was very nice about the situation, but said they were having a hard time staffing the restaurant properly because the business was inconsistent.”

• Impeccably clean, fabulous new decor, comfortable room.
• Breakfast buffet was very limited in selection.

“This Holiday Inn is unlike any others. It is sophisticated, impeccably clean and comfortable. Every inch of the hotel is meticulously decorated with a tropical/Asian theme and luxurious touches throughout.”

“Good hotel with good rooms typical of other Holiday Inns I have stayed at. However, I do not like finding any kind of insects in the room and I saw bugs Crawling the walls/floor on 3 different occasions.”

• Youre going to love the beds! Very nice place.
• A person who was not helping us at the front desk gave us a dirty look upon arrival.

“You will like your stay here. Nice atmosphere. Has a pool we did not use. Close by to all shopping. Very beautiful inside. One pitfall was the bathroom is close enough to the entry door to your room. Should the door be open you can see in.”

“We were very surprised at the quality of the hotel. While Asian decor is not our favorite, this was very beautiful; very tastefully done. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms clean. Unfortunately we were there for only one night but we will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.”

• The beds were very comfortable.
• The shower only had a soap dish therefore my bottle soap and shampoo had to sit on the floor.

“I enjoyed staying there it was comfortable and I felt safe traveling by myself as a female, it would be nice for couples, however I am not to sure on an entire family staying there, because there did not seem to be much for children to do.”

• The food in the Asion Fusion Restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed the difference in variety and choice.
• The lobby bar was understaffed. Customers were ignored for a long time before they could get service. The staff needs more training.

“We got what we expected, a unique, attractive and comfortable establishment. We like to stay where we can get a drink and a good meal. We had a restful stay and would definitely stay there again.”
