• The hotel was dirty and the room had mold, we had to go to another hotel because the rooms were so discussing.
• The hotel was dirty and the room was full of mold. We didn't stay here.

“Don't stay at this hotel. We had to find accommodations somewhere else, because the rooms were full of mold. Even if you got this room for nothing, I don't think anyone would stay there.”

• Absolutely nothing the hotel was a dump.
• Everything. We ended up staying at a hotel the third night.

• It was a roof over my head.
• I am obviously handicapped and was denied use of an available room designated for the handicapped.

“I have stayed at this property before and had no problems. I arrived at the front desk, on two crutches, and the manager would not allow me to stay in one of the rooms designated for the handicapped. She said I "did not pay enough money." She said I had to "pay an extra $10" to use the handicapped room. She said "the bed is too big to rent at the rate" I paid. I interact with the hospitality industry on a regular basis. I know that "management discretions" can be exercised in many situations. It was after 6pm and she said she had no reservations for the handicapped rooms. All of them were empty. She emphasized that she was the night manager and that she would rather let the handicapped rooms remain empty than rent one to me. Perhaps the above treatment is within managers discretion; but, it's terrible customer relations and I think she broke the law! I am very concerned about that and would appreciate feedback from Days Inn's attorney or corporate office. I have a Florida handicapped decal and I walk on two crutches. I have serious trouble and risk falling when I try to climb into hotel bathtubs. I think manager broke the law when she denied me access to an available handicapped room solely because I had not paid a "Bigger Bed" fee. My room also had insufficient towels and soap.”

• Receptionist was sick and should not have been working!

“Unacceptable will not go back. I could not sit at the pool with a beer and enjoy the weather. I was on vacation.”

• AC worked great.
• You had to keep the AC on to get rid of the smell of mildew.

“It would be a good hotel for a truck driver or hookers using the hotel for an hour or so. Not for a family. I talked with older people coming in that I met in the parking lot and they said it was good for sleeping only.”

• A vacant room at a price that was tolerable.
• I could have enjoyed a large bed. I am a large build handicapped person. At the moment, finding a larger bed is easier than losing weight.

“Not bad. I look for the best quality for the least dollars. On this trip, I did not need internet access; so, I don't recall how complicated or expensive internet usage would have been at this property. Cable TV was good. The small bed and lack of bath amenities were the biggest disappointment. Florida is humid and hot. Big guys, like me, sweat a lot. It's nice to be able to soap up, wash down, and dry off. I could only do it once with the towels and soaps that were available. The best to you!”

• Nice rooms with convenient location and free breakfast.
• Was just a bit far from spring hill.

“This is a well kept hotel with good sized rooms and unusually, Murphy beds that fold up allowing use of a pair of rooms for office/bedroom business use. Beautiful pool and convenient location near i-75.”

• Some hotel staff is very friendly.
• Unsafe place, some staff is very rude. Very scary area.

• They allow dogs.
• Poor layout and car parking.

“Good moderate price hotel, centrally located. Layout was strange and had to park at rear of hotel, awkward getting around it all. Room however was clean and well set up.”

• Convenient to destination.
• Breakfast did not start until 7 a.m.

“Hotel was OK. The problem was there were 2 adult males per room on a golf trip, and we were given, one queen sized bed per room. We had to pay extra for 2 doubles. ”

• They had a luggage cart, pool.
• Unfriendly staff, not willing to explain charges.

“The staff was unfriendly. The pool was awesome. Breakfast was good, very nice variety, could have offered flavored creamers for coffee. Need to have more handicapped accessible rooms available.”

• Very clean rooms.
• The other hotel guests were scary!

“The hotel was average. The best part was the clean rooms, pool area is nice. There were a lot of construction workers staying at the hotel and being female, I was stared at and made to feel uncomfortable. Also, they would come in at night after the bar closed being drunk and loud, every night during my stay. Overall security of the hotel is questionable.”
