• The kids had fun in the pool.
• They charged me twice for a room which I already paid for!

“The first room's bathroom caulk was nasty. It looked like my five year old put it on and it was covered in mildew. The front desk gal moved us. The next room was much better. The only problem was I already paid before I traveled and they charged me twice on my card I used for incidentals so when I went to use at restaurant it was maxed by pending authorizations! Not happy. They did compensate my kids a movie, but the manager did not seem to apologetic!”

• Staff was very helpful.
• Too far from my destination (my own fault).

“This hotel is conveniently located near the Greenville Spartanburg airport with easy freeway access. The surrounding neighborhood is primarily industrial in Nature with many surrounding restaurants and office parks. The hotel staff was very helpful and there was security patrolling the outside area consistently through the night. The room was large and comfortable. This is a wonderful hotel with great rates.”

“We traveled to SC for a Christian woman¿s conference. The hotel was a perfect fit for us. Hot cocoa/coffee available 24/7. Comfortable beds. Hot breakfast. Very pleasant stay!”

• Peaceful and clean.
• Large gap under door.

“Would stay at this hotel again. Was checked into a room on the second floor that had a bad smell that made me sick. Call front desk to complain. And was quickly checked into another room that was much better. Overall nice trip and hotel.”

• Very accommodating staff, my daughter requested 5 extra pillows and they were delivered to the door minutes later.
• Calling the hotel for directions was not very helpful.

• Staff very efficient met my expectations.
• The bed needed to be updated love those pillow tops.

“Great location for airport, lots of restaurant choices and a very well trained staff. The only down side are small televisions and older beds that need new pillow top mattresses.”
