“VERY KIND and FRIENDLY STAFF ALL AROUND. Again, Bill the Shuttle driver was very kind, and went out if his way to accommodate myself and my friend since we were in town for a funeral.”

“Wonderful hotel with great location. Hotel is set away just a little, so that you have beautiful views and a real resort feeling, but so convenient to everything. Kids were entertained with evening reception, great lobby TV's and pool.”

“All in all it was really nice. The lobby was beautiful and they had a bar. The rooms were very large with a sitting area and large king-size bed in a separate room. There were two desks so I had a place to do my makeup (we were there for a dress up type event so having room to get ready was really helpful). The staff was friendly, though the lack of free wireless was irksome and their business center left alto to be desired. There normal check out was 12:00 PM noon but we requested late check out for 2:00 PM which was fantastic after a long night out.”

“Overall the stay was good. There was a convention of some kind going on and there was a lot of activity in the lobby going on until 1:00 AM. It made sleeping difficult.”

“Beautiful property and very friendly staff. I only wish I had more time to play this trip. I shall strongly consider staying here on my next trip to Greenville and bring my family with me.”

“We've stayed at the Embassy Suites in Greenville many times before over the past 10 years. From business to pleasure, we've always found this hotel to fit the bill. The only down side is that it's not in downtown Greenville - but since we drive, that's not an issue.”

“Treat people poorly. One or more of the managers discriminate against minority guests and try to drive them away. They still have regular marches in this area though due to size of organization in the Columbia to Greenville SC area.”

“Really bad experience with this hotel. We stayed 1 night and left. Something is wrong with the management there. Used to be decent if a little out of the way and a bit hard to find due to confusing road Names. Now there is an overbearing woman running the restaurant and breakfast and an incompetent on duty manager kept saying the gm was on vacation, but doesn't matter if he hired these people, he is part of the problem too. Never so disappointed in a hotel as this. Looked as good as our last stay on arrival, but nothing done right from moment arrived. Had a maintenance person on the roof look in our window first day. A bunch of police in lobby for couple hours the next morning. Don't know what that was about they were all hush hush, we didn't hear or see anything, but obviously not good. Oh god, save yourself. Stay away until they hire some new management or clean this place up! .”

“This is a wonderful hotel for singles, couples, and families. The indoor "outdoor" bistro/cafe on the ground floor was absolutely wonderful with the waterfall and Koi ponds. The manager's reception was awesome and the made-to-order breakfast was divine. The indoor pool made it easy to entertain kids in case of bad weather. Lots of space and plenty of things to do. The rooms were clean, very well laid out, nicely decorated, and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.”
