• Rooms clean, beds very comfortable, lines soft, room was very spacious.
• Trash cans needed to be bigger, with liners.

• The rooms were very nice, the bed and linens nice. Clean.

“I would return to this facility if I were going to Greenville again, close to downtown, I like this location better than the one on the Parkway, which we went to by accident.”

• The decor was beautiful, and I loved the courtyard.
• We were at the room across from the ice machine - noisy at times.

• The hotel was getting ready to undergo major renovations the day of our departure. We ate breakfast from the buffet and it was a nice.
• The room decor was dated and the TV was too small.

“It would have been hard to find on my own. Friends directed us to the location.”

• It was very quiet, the loby area is attractive, location good.
• The mattresses are very thin.

“This hotel is in a good location. The room was very clean as was the loby area. Didn't hear any noise in the halls or rooms next door. My only complaint was the very thin mattress and the sheets that didn't stay on the bed very well.”

• It has a beautiful lobby and convenient access to a computer.
• The double beds only have a foam rubber upper mattress; the TV is small.

“the carpet in my room had a huge bleach stain in the area around the bath room area and it was kind of depressing coming into this every day especially for a 21/2 star hotel”

• Buffet breakfast a little bit expensive, but not bad

“Phenomenal value for this Courtyard, which was up to their usual high standards. Free high speed internet. Many other features we didn't even take the time to use (exercise room, outdoor pool, for example).”

“The room had a stench of smoke. The odor was overwhelming. The screen door was ripped and torn. The hotel did not restock shampoo. The hotel desk clerks were not much help with information in regards to pointing out points of interest and in directing me to a drug store.”

• nice spa; great mattresses; nice pool; and exercise room; cute gazebo
• somewhat shabby furnishings; screen door to patio broken; shampoo but no conditioner

“Basically nice, could use some new chairs and some repairs like the screen door to patio broken (wouldn't lock). Nice layout, pretty courtyard and gazebo around pool. More ice machines would be nice. Wish spa water had been hotter. Nice desk clerk. Nice to have coffee in lobby in the a.m. Charging $1.50 for bottled water in the room is kind of tacky. Overall nice visit.”

• Convenient, in house restaurant, available, good parking
• Slow elevator, breakfast bar too expensive, did not get newspaper when other rooms did

“Courtyard by Marriott is an excellent hotel, located conveniently in Greenville near Haywood Mall. There are restaurants nearby, and there is quick and easy access to I-385. There is a restaurant located within the hotel, and the rooms are clean and well appointed. ”

• Clean and spacious. Very friendly atmosphere from all employees.
• One housekeeper knocked on door too early in the morning, and continued to come back two other additional times before 11am.

“Overall hotel stay was excellent. They had a power outage on Friday night and somehow the hot water went out, we did not have hot water early Saturday morning when we were getting ready. They gave us free breakfast to makeup the inconvenience.”
