• The room was excellent and the staff was

• Did not have time to try out the pool.

• It was clean and staff were friendly.
• Did not have heated pool.

“It was quiet and clean. Had trouble with lights in room, did not always work and did not have a heated pool and the workout room had only two treadmills nothing else.”

“The Hyatt Place is great for the business traveler, friendly staff, WiFi and a convenient work desk, continental breakfast with good coffee, king bed and in-room lounge area, great lighting. The only drawback was the noisy ac unit.”

• Room layout.
• Hotel did not have vending machines and no microwaves in the rooms, a very big hassle.

“The hotel was nice, great lay TVs etc. Rooms need microwaves, since they do not have vending machines you have to buy only what they have or if you need something heated you have to go to the attendant and wait not to know if what you have will be heated enough very big hassle. The snacks and drinks they had very overpriced.”

• This hotel was beautiful, luxurious and wonderful.
• The continental breakfast was lacking.

“I found this hotel to be wonderful. I would stay there again in a minute. From the spacious sectional couch to the plasma 42 in TV. Everything spoke upscale and beautiful, yet it was practical for a family like ours with small children. It had a pool, continental breakfast, something's a lot of more upscale places do not offer. We would stay again when going to Greenville.”

• Pool was very small.

“Attractive and clean, friendly staff, continental breakfast okay, options for other foods were way too expensive. Access to ice on odd numbered floors not convenient but desk, mini-fridge and huge TV well made up for it! Enjoyed it!”

• Pleasantly surprised at the quality, convenience and overall appearance. Super suite.

• This is for Hyatt place which is deluxe, large, upscale accommodations in every respect & great staff.
• Also impressed that they had an option to conserve water and green policies applied.

“A suite with a sectional sofa, big screen HD TV, king exquisite bed with especially nice linens. The open food facilities were also over the top with menu items also available at a very reasonable rate for very high quality foods.”

• Plasma TV, room layout, dining counter, location to restaurants, in-room fridge and the comfortable bed.
• No complaints here.

“Friendly staff, met me with a smile and a fine explanation of the services available. Clean newly refurbished room with an excellent layout. Huge plasma TV With H.D. Furniture was good quality and comfortably suited the room. Nicely decorated. Parking was easy to find. Outside grounds were well maintained.”

• Great location to where I needed to be.
• Would have liked to know about renovations before arriving.

• Awful mattress!

“This hotel is having a major renovation. There were drop clothes over the sign in desk. We actually walked around workers installing tiles and nearly tripped over their power cords. Hopefully they will replace the mattresses and furniture in the renovation.”

• Being renovated, extremely dusty and dirty, unsafe.

“This hotel was under renovation and only 2 floors of the hotel were open. NONE of the hotel should have been open. It was a mess and very unsafe.”

• They did not have the rooms they guaranteed.

“To be fair, this hotel is undergoing renovations in a change over to a Hilton hotel which makes it difficult to effectively rate it. I called the hotel with a room preference after making reservations, and they said that I had what I needed. When we arrived, they did not have an appropriate room as well as another family I booked a room for. They tried their best to accommodate us. One family in our group also had a broken pull out couch. We were able to get by for one night, but would not have wanted to stay much longer. Currently, I would not recommend this hotel.”

• The floor plan, the comfort of the bed, the shower was great.
• No door on our end of the hotel. Only a closed pool access.
